Key takeaways
- Four ceiling fans are about 300 W. Do not sell them a 6 kW package by default.
- Daytime 1.5-ton: about 5 or 6 plates of the 645 W class.
- Night 1.5-ton: about two 5.12 kWh LFP packs.
- A 12 V kit does not run a split AC.
| Job | Plates | Pack | Box |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fans, LED, router | 2–4 × 645 W | One small LFP | Match the pack voltage. A 3 kW class box is often enough. |
| Those loads plus a fridge | A few more, from the calculator | One 5.12 kWh | 6 kW class if the day will grow |
| One 1.5-ton by day | 5–6 × 645 W | One pack if the night is fans only | 6 kW hybrid |
| That AC at night | Same day array | Two 5.12 kWh packs | 6 kW hybrid, discharge current inside the pack rating |
The national versions are fans and single AC. Run your own list in the calculators. Keep the geyser on GRID. Night grid-charging, to fake a bigger battery, belongs on the quote as a bill.
Four fans in Multan are a small plant
The volume sale in Multan is not a 6 kW flyer. Four ceiling fans are about 300 W. Lights and a router sit in the same small plant: two to four 645 W modules and a modest LFP, on a box whose voltage matches the pack. A 3 kW class hybrid is often enough. Take a 6 kW class box only if an air-conditioner or a bigger day load is actually coming. Otherwise you paid for an idle inverter. The national fan reading stays on fans. This URL is the Multan split between that small plant and the single air-conditioner, not a second copy of the national page.
A fridge pushes the pack toward one 5.12 kWh and may justify the 6 kW class if the day will grow. Run your own list in the calculators instead of trusting a shop total. The default house stack of ten 645 W N-type modules, a 6 kW IP65 hybrid, and one 5.12 kWh pack is a different bill of materials. It belongs on the house stack when the house is actually that house. It is too much glass for four fans, and it is still not a substitute for a second pack if the night load is air-conditioning. Keep those quotes apart.
Daytime cooling is a plate count
A 1.5-ton by day is a plate problem: about five or six modules in the 645 W class, a 6 kW hybrid, and one pack if the night goes back to fans. The sun has to be up while the compressor runs. Shade, a short string, or a mixed wattage row will show up as a weak afternoon, and the MPPT fault page is the place for that symptom later. This sizing page does not become that fault essay. It only says you buy the plates for the hour you intend to cool. You do not buy them as a decoration above an undersized night pack and call both problems solved.
Keep the geyser on GRID. A geyser on the backup breaker will take the fridge down with it the first night the street dies. Output priority cannot move that geyser. The national single AC page stays canonical for the machine-level reading. Come back here for the Multan split between the fan bill of materials and the one-AC bill of materials. Confirm September 2026 bands on the prices page in the week you book. This page does not copy the rupees and does not invent a smaller "fan discount."
Night air-conditioning is a second battery
The same 1.5-ton after sunset is a battery problem: about two 5.12 kWh packs, and a hybrid that can surge, with discharge current kept inside the pack rating. The day array can stay the five or six plates. The night does not get those watts back from the roof. One package that pretends to cover fans, a daytime compressor, and a night compressor with a single modest pack is the enemy of this page. Say which hours the compressor runs. If the answer is "whenever we feel hot," you are buying the night battery, not the fan plant.
Night grid-charging, used to fake a bigger battery, is a bill. The quote calls it a bill. It is not solar savings, and it is not a reason to leave the second pack off the paper. The national single-AC page owns the longer machine reading. This Multan page only forces the split so a flyer cannot average the two jobs into one price. A 12 V kit does not run a split air-conditioner. That sentence stays wherever the kit is offered. A car-battery bundle is not a quiet version of a 51.2 V wall.
Night cutoff and shed overload are what the second battery prevents
Overload in shed is what happens when the air-conditioner sits on LOAD and the pack or the surge rating cannot carry it. The whole backup board can trip, and the fridge dies with the compressor. Put the air-conditioner on LOAD only when the pack count and the surge rating cover it. Otherwise leave it on GRID and keep the fans and the fridge on the backup breaker. Low-voltage cut at 1 a.m. is the other face of the same undersized pack. Photograph the state of charge before you replace the inverter. The screen is often telling the truth.
USE does not fix either fault. A profile that ignores the BMS is refused, and it will not turn one pack into two. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter just because the fan load looks small. Match the box to the pack. 16 SWG under a 640 to 650 W module is refused even on a four-plate frame. 14 SWG is the iron. PVC is refused on the roof. XLPO is the sheath. Those refusals do not grow with the flyer, and they do not shrink because the plant is "only fans."
What to say when the shop offers one package
Ask them to write two lines. Line one is fans, lights, and the router: two to four 645 W plates, a modest pack, and a box whose voltage matches. Line two, if you want it, is the 1.5-ton with its hours. Daytime only: five or six plates and one pack if the night is fans. After sunset: two 5.12 kWh packs. If they will only write "6 kW system" for four fans, they are selling idle inverter. If they will only write one pack for night cooling, they are selling a 1 a.m. cutoff. Either answer is a reason to keep your deposit.
Feed-in stays off until a bidirectional meter exists. A fan plant does not need export to make sense. New files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026, which is another reason not to buy plates for a unit rate. The carton and the MEPCO bill beat this website. Do not bridge GRID and LOAD to keep a fan spinning on a dead street. This page will not describe that bridge. Smoke or a burning smell means isolate if it is safe, leave, and call local emergency services.
| Multan job | Plates and pack | Box habit |
|---|---|---|
| Four fans, lights, router | Two to four 645 W modules, one modest LFP | Often a 3 kW class box, voltage matched to the pack |
| Those loads plus a fridge | A few more plates from the calculator, one 5.12 kWh | 6 kW class only if the day will grow |
| One 1.5-ton while the sun is up | Five or six 645 W modules, one pack if the night is fans | 6 kW hybrid |
| That same 1.5-ton after sunset | The same day array, about two 5.12 kWh packs | 6 kW hybrid, discharge inside the pack sheet |
A 12 V kit is absent from that table on purpose. It runs neither the split nor a serious night. The geyser is absent because it stays on GRID. Night grid-charging is absent because it is a bill, not a row of hardware. If your house is a kothi with two night units, you have outgrown this page and you want the DHA kothi note instead of stretching a fan quote.
This Multan page keeps the two plants apart
Use the fan page and the single-AC page for the national wording. Use the calculators for your own list. Use the overload and low-voltage pages when the plant you already bought is tripping. Use the prices page when the only argument left is the rupee, and confirm the month. Do not ask this URL to become a wiring contract, a gas charge, or a breaker table. Air-conditioner reading elsewhere on the site is education. The job here is which Multan quote you are actually buying.
The decision that belongs only on this Multan fans-or-one-AC page is that four fans stay a small plant of a few 645 W plates, while the same house's 1.5-ton after sunset is a second battery of about two 5.12 kWh packs, and one flyer is not allowed to pretend it is both bills of materials. A kothi page and a company price page do not make that split.

Questions
The shop offered a 6 kW system for four fans. Should I take it?
Take it only if you will add an AC or a bigger day load. Otherwise you paid for idle inverter.
Can the AC stay on LOAD?
Yes if the pack and the surge rating cover it. If they do not, the whole backup DB trips and the fridge dies with the AC.
We only want four fans and a router. Why does every shop start at 6 kW?
Because a 6 kW flyer is what they have in the van, not because four fans need it. Four ceiling fans are about 300 W. With lights and a router, the honest plant is two to four 645 W modules, a modest LFP, and often a 3 kW class box whose voltage matches the pack. Take 6 kW only if an air-conditioner or a larger day load is really next. Otherwise you paid for idle inverter. Ask for the fan line in writing before you look at the hybrid badge.
How many plates does one 1.5-ton need if it runs only in the afternoon?
About five or six modules in the 645 W class, on a 6 kW hybrid. If the night goes back to fans, one pack is enough and it should match that night, often one 5.12 kWh once a fridge is in the list. The afternoon compressor is a plate problem because the sun is up. It does not, by itself, justify a second pack. Write the hours on the quote. If the hours slip past sunset, you have changed jobs and you need about two 5.12 kWh packs.
Can we skip the second pack and charge from the grid after midnight?
You can buy the units, and you must call that purchase a bill. Night grid-charging does not turn one pack into two, and it is not solar savings. The quote that pretends it is free backup is the quote this page is against. A 1.5-ton after sunset still wants about two 5.12 kWh packs and a hybrid that can surge, with discharge kept inside the pack sheet. If you refuse the second pack, leave the air-conditioner on GRID and keep the fans and the fridge as the backup. Do not average the two stories into one flyer.
Will a 12 V kit from the market run the split if we only use it for an hour?
No. A 12 V kit does not run a split air-conditioner, including for a short hour and including at night. It is also the wrong object for the fan plant once you are talking about a hybrid and a proper pack. Match the inverter voltage to the pack. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V box, and a car-battery bundle does not become a wall because the load sounds small. Refuse the kit wherever it appears. Then choose the fan bill of materials or the one-AC bill of materials, not a third fiction.
If the air-conditioner trips the house at night, is the inverter faulty?
Often the LOAD list is wrong, or the pack is too small. Overload in shed and a low-voltage cut at 1 a.m. are the faults this split is written to prevent. One pack will not carry a 1.5-ton through the night. If the compressor and the fridge share the backup breaker, both die together when the surge or the energy runs out. Move the air-conditioner to GRID unless two 5.12 kWh packs and the surge rating cover it. Photograph the screen before you replace the hybrid. USE is not the repair.
Does this small plant need a MEPCO export file to be worth building?
No. Fans and a fridge pay for themselves by staying on during shed, not by selling units. Feed-in stays off until a bidirectional meter exists, and a new file after 9 February 2026 is net-billing rather than one-for-one net metering. Export is a consolation. You can run the small plant for self-use and never enable feed-in. Confirm hardware money on the prices page in the week you book. This page does not copy those rupees. The carton and the bill still beat the website.
