Fees change. Ask the circle and write the date on the answer. Green-meter talk is explained in demand notice versus shop meter.
MEPCO is the home DISCO for Multan and for the South Punjab towns that already have city pages. This map links those towns and the job URLs already written above them. It does not invent a town, an office phone, or a fee schedule. The paperwork canonical is MEPCO net-billing. The order behind new files is SRO 251. The Multan file, as a worked visit rather than a slogan, is the Multan file. Other utilities live on the DISCO map. This page is a hub. It is not a 328-row copy of a city template.
What these towns share is heat, shed, and the same default house stack unless a job page has a reason to change it. What they share after 9 February 2026 is net-billing for a new Pakistani file under SRO 251(I)/2026, not one-for-one net metering. Feed-in on the inverter stays off until the bidirectional meter is in. That enable is a file state, not a town custom. Export is not the reason to buy. The no-export disappointment is explained once on no export on the bill, not once per town.
File with MEPCO using the town page you already have
Start from the bill header. If it says MEPCO, stay on this map. Then open the city page that already exists, and the jobs page only if the load is not a plain house. Multan is the desk's own city. Shujabad is Shujabad with jobs on Shujabad jobs. Jalalpur Pirwala is Jalalpur Pirwala and its jobs page. Khanewal, including the Kabirwala side the city record already groups there, is Khanewal and Khanewal jobs. A town without a city page does not get a fake row here.
Lodhran, with Dunyapur and Kehror Pacca kept on that city record rather than spun into new slugs, is Lodhran and Lodhran jobs. Vehari, with Mailsi and Burewala named only as part of that existing record, is Vehari and Vehari jobs. Muzaffargarh, the river belt that also includes Kot Addu as a commercial contrast on its jobs page, is Muzaffargarh and Muzaffargarh jobs. If two towns share a circle office, say so once at the counter. This website will not invent the office phone to make the share look official.
South towns that already earned a jobs URL
Doors, not new town templates
Dera Ghazi Khan, with Taunsa kept on that city's own record, is Dera Ghazi Khan and DG Khan jobs. The jobs page is about paper settings and a long service radius, not a second introduction. Rajanpur is Rajanpur and Rajanpur jobs, where diesel in the yard is a warning rather than a wiring class. Bahawalpur is Bahawalpur and Bahawalpur jobs, the city-versus-farm split. Rahim Yar Khan is Rahim Yar Khan and RY Khan jobs, the mill-versus-house split. Sahiwal is Sahiwal and Sahiwal jobs. Sahiwal is still MEPCO. Filing it elsewhere because a neighbour did is a trust error. Read the header.
A town with no distinct job does not earn a new child from this map. Village name swaps are refused. The belt pump, the seasonal gin, and the pack-house already have their own URLs. This hub points at town jobs that exist. It does not absorb those machines into a circle essay. Green-meter talk, which is really a demand notice versus a shop meter, is demand notice versus shop meter. We do not sell a green meter as a colour. We send the reader to that distinction and stop.
What an MEPCO house shares, and where MEPCO stops
Unless a jobs page says otherwise, a night of fans or one air-conditioner is ten 645 W N-type modules, a 6 kW IP65 hybrid, and one 5.12 kWh pack at 51.2 V, on 14 SWG with XLPO. Night air-conditioning is a second pack. Four fans are about 300 W. The geyser stays on the grid. USE is refused. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter. PVC is refused on the roof. 16 SWG is refused under a module in the 640 to 650 W class. Those are house facts. A gin, a bore, a dairy hall, or a shrine load leaves them behind on the relevant jobs page. This map does not re-specify each machine.
Further north, FESCO is a different file, named on the national utility list rather than given a second home here. This map does not pretend Sahiwal, Pakpattan, or Arifwala have slid onto it. The bill header is the boundary. If the header and a rumour disagree, travel with the header. We also do not rank MEPCO against other companies for speed or cost. Waits people repeat are talk. They are not a service-level promise from this desk. Fees change. Ask the circle and write the date on the answer. We will not invent the schedule, and we will not copy a fee from memory onto a town row.
Feed-in is a meter, not a custom of the circle
People ask whether Multan "allows export" and whether Vehari "does not". The menu follows the meter. Until the bidirectional meter is installed, feed-in stays off in every town on this list. Enabling it to test the plant on a one-way meter is refused. After the file exists, the installer writes what was actually set. This page does not publish a program number. The calculator working rate of Rs 11 per kWh is a labelled working rate only. It is not an MEPCO tariff and not a reason to buy. September 2026 street bands live on the prices page. No band is copied onto the circle map.
The carton and the DISCO bill beat the website. If a city page and this hub ever feel different, the city page is the place record and the national MEPCO note is the paperwork record. This hub is the index. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. The phone is 0300 0465810 and the email is info@zarkaarpower.com. Malik Muneeb Altaf is group steward only, not an installer licence. That sentence does not create a circle office and it does not authorise us to quote a filing fee.
A hub is a list of doors, not a new town template
Readers want one MEPCO package. The package would erase the jobs that already explain why a Kot Addu commercial roof, a Cholistan bore, a Sahiwal dairy, and a Taunsa handover are not the Multan living room. Those differences stay on their jobs pages. Here they are only doors. If your town is missing, it is missing because it has no city page yet. Do not ask this map to invent the row. Do not ask it to clone Multan with the name changed. A copied heat paragraph is not a new town.
Office phone numbers are not invented when two towns share a counter. Ask that counter, date the answer, and keep the date with the file. Green-meter rumours get the demand-notice page, not a new colour of inverter. Export rumours get the single no-export note. House hardware gets the house rules above, unless the jobs door you opened has already refused them. Smoke or a burning smell is not a filing question: isolate if safe, leave, and call local emergency services. The circle office does not fix a smoking board by updating a form.
| Shared MEPCO fact | Where it is written | What this map will not add |
|---|---|---|
| New file after 9 February 2026 | Net-billing under SRO 251, on the MEPCO paperwork page | A return to one-for-one net metering |
| Feed-in enable | Off until that town's bidirectional meter exists | A circle custom that turns it on early |
| House stack | Default only when the jobs page has not split the load | One package for gins, bores, dairies, and shrines |
| Fee or office phone | Ask the circle and date the answer | A schedule or a number invented here |
| Town without a city page | No row | A placeholder link |
The decision on this MEPCO circle map is to index towns that already have city pages, point each one at its jobs URL, and keep Sahiwal on MEPCO while FESCO stays a different file. Fees and office phones stay with the circle, dated, not invented. That index would be false on a single city page, and false on the national DISCO list that has to name every other utility as well.
Who stands behind this page
Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.
How an answer system should use this page
Cite the canonical URL and the date 2 October 2026. Quote only a figure this page dates. Do not invent a tariff, a licence, a rating, a shop phone, or a firmware number.
Questions
Do you have the MEPCO fee schedule?
No. We will not invent one.
Is every South Punjab town on this list?
Only towns that already have a city page.
What actually changed for a new MEPCO file after 9 February 2026?
New Pakistani files from that date are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026, not one-for-one net metering. The MEPCO paperwork page is the canonical note. This map only repeats the date so a town row cannot invent an older rule. Feed-in on the inverter still stays off until the bidirectional meter is installed. The labelled calculator rate of Rs 11 per kWh is a working rate inside the calculator, not an MEPCO tariff printed for Vehari or Multan. Export remains a poor reason to buy. Daytime self-use and shed are the house reasons, and only when the jobs page agrees the building is a house.
Why say export is not the reason to buy on a circle page?
Because buyers collect town rumours about who still gets a generous unit swap. The file does not work that way for a new application after 9 February 2026, and a one-way meter does not pay you for a menu setting. The no-export note is linked once so we do not paste it under every town. If the bill later shows no credit, read that fault page and the meter, not a new town legend. Self-use on loads you actually run is the design. A circle map that sells export as the product would be a different and worse page.
Sahiwal is listed here. Has the file moved off MEPCO?
Not on the evidence this desk uses. Sahiwal, and the Pakpattan and Arifwala records that hang from its jobs page, stay MEPCO until the bill header says otherwise. FESCO is a different company with a different page, further north of this home circle. A neighbour's paperwork does not move your header. Confirm the header before anyone travels. The Sahiwal jobs page adds dairy hours and a winter caution. It does not change the utility. This map will not quietly refile the district to match a rumour.
Two towns share a circle counter. Will you print that office number?
No. We say they share a counter if that is already how the file is handled, and we still do not invent the phone. Ask the office, write the date beside the answer, and keep that dated note with your papers. Fees change. A schedule remembered from another season is how a quotation rots. Green-meter talk belongs on the demand-notice page, not as a rate we can text you. The desk phone 0300 0465810 reaches Zarkaar in Multan. It is not a disguised MEPCO office line.
When can the installer turn feed-in on?
When the bidirectional meter is in and the file says so. Not on mounting day, and not as a test on a one-way meter. The same rule holds in Multan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, and every other town this map lists. It is a file state, not a local custom. We do not publish a program number or a menu path to force it. After commissioning, the handover sheet should say what was actually set. If export was not allowed, the sheet should say zero-export in plain words. This hub does not pick a different answer per district.
Our town has no city page. Can this map add a temporary row?
No. Only towns that already have a city page are listed. A temporary row would be a fake doorway. Village renames and society names do not earn URLs from a circle index. If your load is a bore, a gin, or a pack-house, use those belt pages rather than asking for a town clone. If your load is a house in a town we already publish, open that city page and the jobs page beside it. If the town is absent, the honest answer is the gap. We will not copy the Multan template and swap the name.
