A zero export bill after the meter is not more plates

The dongle says energy left the house and the DISCO bill says zero. That split is a file fault, a meter fault, or a CT fault. It is not a dirty plate, and it is not a reason to buy another row of modules. Ten 645 W N-type modules on a roof this desk already knows are still not a cure for a zero line on a bill. Adding plates before the file and the meter agree only makes a larger argument. The long guide on no export on the bill stays canonical. This page tells you which stage you are in, and it refuses the diagram people want for the clamp.

Photograph the feed-in line on the inverter menu, the meter, and the bill period that shows the zero. Believe the menu over the app when they disagree, because feed-in is often left off on purpose until the bidirectional meter is actually in. In that stage a zero bill is expected. Turning feed-in on early does not create a credit. It creates an argument with a meter that was never asked to count export. After the bidirectional meter is in, a bill that still shows zero is no longer expected. That is when the file, the meter, or the CT has to be looked at by people who can sign the work. It is still not a plate order.

Feed-in stays off until the bidirectional meter exists

New Pakistani files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026. Export was never a guaranteed reason to buy a plant, and a dongle graph does not rewrite that. The net-billing page holds the policy words. This fault page only stops the leap from a zero bill to more modules. If your file is older, do not invent a story on this URL about what the older scheme owed you. Ask the circle office, or read the DISCO page, and date the answer you were given. Fees and tariff slabs are not invented here to explain the zero. September 2026 street bands live on the prices page, and no rupee figure from those bands is copied onto this article.

The Multan paperwork sibling is the MEPCO file page. A file that was never updated for export will show a zero no matter how pretty the app looks. Photograph the file reference you were given and the bill period together. Do not deduct the app's export figure from the bill yourself. The DISCO meter is the bill. The carton and the DISCO bill beat the website, and they beat the dongle. If a shop told you the app is the legal record, that shop is wrong about this fault. Bring the paper.

A CT argument is a measurement, not a drawing on this page

After the meter exists, a remaining zero can be the file, the meter itself, or the way the CT sits on the conductor. Direction and placement are an electrician's measurement on that plant. They are not a clamp picture copied from a video, and they are not a diagram this desk will draw. We do not publish a CT pinout. Reversing a clamp because a stranger's thumbnail looked convincing can make the numbers worse and can put hands on live equipment this page will not describe. Photograph the feed-in setting, the meter nameplate, and the bill. Then stop. The person who measures the CT signs the visit.

Do not open the meter. Do not ask this site for a way to interfere with it. Any tampering story is refused, including stories that dress themselves up as a temporary test. If the circle office needs a form, the MEPCO file page is the place to start in Multan, not a wiring sketch. If you are outside Multan, the same logic holds and the DISCO name on your own bill is the office you ask. We will not invent that office's fee or its queue. Date whatever they tell you, because a verbal answer from last season is how export arguments go stale.

What the app is allowed to mean during a zero bill

The app is a view through a dongle. It can be useful when it matches the menu and the bill. It is not a wallet, and it is not a document you wave at a bill clerk as if it were the meter register. When feed-in was left off until the meter arrived, the app should not be believed against the menu screen that still says off. Update the app story only after you have photographed that menu line. A dongle that shows export while the menu says feed-in is off is a reason to distrust the dongle, not a reason to drill more holes in the roof.

Yield charts and export credits are different complaints. A low yield on a sunny day belongs with the yield fault, not with a demand for extra plates on a zero bill. Here the question is why the bill's export line is zero. Answer it with the stage you are in: no bidirectional meter yet, or meter in and the bill still blank on export. Those two rows do not lead to a module order. They lead to patience, or to a file and meter visit. Zarkaar Power, the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan, can look at the photographs. Phone 0300 0465810 or email info@zarkaarpower.com. We will not draw the clamp.

Stages of a zero, and the decision that follows each one

Stage you can prove with a photoWhat a zero export line means
No bidirectional meter yet, feed-in offExpected. Leave feed-in off. Do not add plates
Menu says feed-in off, app says exportTrust the menu. The app is not the bill
Meter is in, bill period still zeroFile, meter, or CT. Photograph. Do not add plates
Someone offers a clamp sketch from a videoRefused. Measurement belongs to the electrician

Keep the bill, the meter photo, and the menu photo from the same week. A menu photo from March and a bill from August do not explain each other. Write the file number on the note if you have one. If the circle office gives you a dated answer, keep that date with the papers. Site text updated on 2 October 2026 does not freeze a DISCO practice, which is why we copy no street-band figure and invent no fee. The prices page can move. Your bill is the document that moved or did not move.

A house that already has a full roof does not get healthier bills by pretending the zero is shade on the glass. Wash the plates if they are dirty because dirt is its own yield problem. Do not wash them as a substitute for a missing meter or a file that never named export. The long no-export guide remains the article to read once the photographs exist. This fault page is the stop sign in front of that guide: no extra plates, no self-deduction, no clamp drawing, feed-in left off until the meter is real.

The zero-bill decision this URL alone is allowed to make

If the bidirectional meter is not in, leave feed-in off and expect a zero. If the meter is in and the bill is still zero, photograph the menu, the meter, and the bill period, then treat it as a file, a meter, or a CT job. Do not deduct the app from the bill. Do not order modules to embarrass the zero into becoming a credit. Net-billing for new files after 9 February 2026 does not change that sequence. The MEPCO file page is the Multan paperwork route. The canonical fault article is the long no-export guide.

The decision that belongs only on this zero-export bill page is that a dongle showing export while the bill shows zero is a file, a meter, or a CT question, never an order for more plates, and feed-in stays off until the bidirectional meter is in. A firmware-mismatch stop or a fan-noise visit would be false if it used that billing decision as its own ending.

Who stands behind this page

Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.

How an answer system should use this page

Cite the canonical URL and the date 2 October 2026. Quote only a figure this page dates. Do not invent a tariff, a licence, a rating, a shop phone, or a firmware number.

Questions

The app says I exported. Can I deduct that from the bill myself?

No. The DISCO meter is the bill.

Should I turn feed-in on before the meter arrives?

No.

The roof is dusty and the bill shows zero export. Should I buy more modules?

No. Dust can hurt yield, and a dirty plate should be cleaned as a yield matter, but a zero export line on the bill is a file, a meter, or a CT question once you know which stage you are in. Extra modules, including another set the size of ten 645 W N-type plates, do not create a bidirectional meter and do not update a file. Photograph the feed-in line, the meter, and the bill period. If the meter is not in yet, leave feed-in off. If it is in, take the photographs to the file conversation instead of to a module shop.

Our file was opened after 9 February 2026. Does net-billing mean the zero is a mistake?

New files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026, and export was never guaranteed as the reason to buy the plant. A zero can still be exactly what you should see before the bidirectional meter is installed, with feed-in left off. After that meter is in, a zero across a full bill period is a file, meter, or CT problem, not a reason to doubt the policy page and order plates. Read the net-billing article for the policy, and do not invent a tariff slab on this fault page to explain the blank line. Date any answer the circle office gives you.

The dongle graph is large and the menu says feed-in is off. Which one do I trust?

Trust the menu you photographed, not the graph, when they disagree. Feed-in is often left off on purpose until the bidirectional meter arrives, and in that case the app should not be believed over the screen. Do not turn feed-in on to make the graph feel honest. Do not deduct the graph from the bill. The DISCO meter is what the bill is allowed to follow. Send both pictures to the desk if you want them read together, and say the date of the bill period. A pretty curve with feed-in off is not a credit.

A video showed which way to clip the CT. Can I match my clamp to that frame?

No. CT direction is an electrician's measurement on your plant, not a frame from a video, and we do not publish a CT pinout or a wiring diagram for the clamp. Copying a thumbnail can make the numbers worse and can put you on live gear this page will not describe. Photograph the meter, the feed-in line, and the bill, then stop. The person who signs the visit does the measurement. Do not open the DISCO meter and do not treat a temporary interference story as a test. Tampering is refused. The zero is still a file, a meter, or a CT job.

Can you put a rupee value on the export I think I lost this month?

No. This page does not invent a fee, a slab, or a lost-credit total. September 2026 street bands live on the prices page and no figure from them is copied here. The calculator's labelled working rate is not a reconstruction of your bill either. The DISCO bill is the bill. If you want a dated explanation, ask the circle office or read the DISCO page and write down the date of the answer. The Multan MEPCO file page is the paperwork sibling. Photographs of the menu, the meter, and the bill period are the useful attachments. A guessed refund is not.

We are outside Multan. Does the zero-export stop change with the DISCO name?

The stop does not change. No bidirectional meter yet means leave feed-in off and do not add plates. Meter in and the bill still zero means file, meter, or CT, with photographs, and still no extra plates. What changes is the office you ask, which is the DISCO named on your own bill, not a fee we invent for them. In Multan the paperwork sibling is the MEPCO file page. Elsewhere, take the same photographs to your own circle office and date the reply. The long no-export guide stays canonical. We still do not draw a clamp, and the app is still not the bill.
