DHA Multan solar: a DHA kothi is a bigger battery question, not a bigger slogan.

Key takeaways

Cantt and Gulgasht houses are usually a 6 kW hybrid with one pack. DHA Multan, Wapda Town, and Buch Executive roofs invite a second air conditioner and a salesman who adds kilowatts without adding kilowatt-hours. Write both numbers down.

A DHA kothi is a battery question before it is a slogan

DHA Multan, Wapda Town, and Buch Executive are the kothi roofs. Salesmen add kilowatts here and forget kilowatt-hours. A second air-conditioner at night is a battery problem first and an inverter problem second. Cantt and Gulgasht houses are usually a 6 kW hybrid with one pack, and that smaller habit is written on the Cantt and Gulgasht page, not here. A 6 kW flyer under-serves a kothi that wants two night-time units and over-serves a normal house that only wanted fans. Write both numbers down: the inverter class, and the count of 5.12 kWh packs.

The city page Multan stays the climate and feeder note. This URL does not replace it, and it does not replace the national DHA NOC guide. Zarkaar does not promise that a society office will sign. We size the plant and name the hardware. The society writes its own rule. Roof title and the NOC come before the plates. A deposit on glass, before the society has looked at the roof, is how a kothi quote gets stuck on the ground.

The night intention decides the pack count

Fans, a fridge, and lights are one 5.12 kWh pack, and 6 kW is enough on many of these roofs too if that is really the night. Four fans are about 300 W. They do not justify a kothi speech. One 1.5-ton for part of the night is two packs, on a 6 or 8 kW hybrid if the day load needs the plates. Two night air-conditioners are three or more packs, and only after a real load sheet, on an 8 or 10 kW single-phase hybrid if the service is single phase. Usable energy at 90 percent depth of discharge on one 5.12 kWh pack is about 4.6 kWh. A 1.5-ton spends that quickly. One pack does not run two night units.

Read night AC hours and the 10 kW hybrid page before you let a badge replace the sheet. Keep discharge current at or under the pack sheet. This page does not print a current the sheet does not print, and it does not publish a breaker table. Identical packs only. A smaller Knox-class pack beside a 5.12 kWh wall is a mismatch even when both say 51.2 V. The hardware conversation here is 48 V class: Nitrox 6 kW, Nitrox 8 kW, or the 10 kW SP-5G hybrid, with current N-type modules.

The bigger night load is the second and third pack

Adding kilowatts without adding packs is the kothi mistake. An 8 kW or 10 kW badge can start a large compressor and still go dark at 1 a.m. if the battery is a single evening pack. The plates have to cover the day, including the air-conditioners you actually run while the sun is up. The packs have to cover the night you wrote down, not the night the brochure hoped for. If the day is modest and the night is two units, you may need more battery than inverter pride. Say that in the quote so the flyer cannot hide it.

The Nitrox 10 kW three-phase on-grid model is a different machine. It dies in shed. It does not belong on this roof if the family expects backup. Do not let the number 10 on that carton answer a backup question. The hybrid in the SP-5G class is the backup conversation, and only when the service can take it. Feed-in stays off until the file and the bidirectional meter exist. Net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026 is the shape of a new file. It is not a reason to oversize the roof for export. Self-use during shed is the reason. September bands stay on the prices page. This kothi page does not copy them.

Society paper is a separate yes from the battery count

The society NOC is a separate yes. We do not invent a society rule, a society fee, or a promise that the office will sign. Read the NOC guide and then talk to the office. Roof structure is 14 SWG. Elevated frames step up to L3 or L4. 16 SWG stays refused under a 640 to 650 W module. The structure page is where iron is discussed. This page does not become a fabrication drawing. PVC on the roof is refused. XLPO is the sheath. A kothi budget does not buy a lighter stand.

The house menu, if that is what the quote sold, is PYL or LIB, APL on a rough feeder, and solar-first. Grid-first is honest only when the quote says the pack is being saved and the daytime bill will look ordinary. USE is refused. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter, which a kothi should not be buying anyway if the night load is two air-conditioners. The owner menu owns the screen. This URL does not publish a program number the carton does not print. Grey firmware is refused.

What a salesman adds that you should cross out

Cross out a kilowatt upgrade that did not add a pack. Cross out a three-phase on-grid Nitrox offered as backup. Cross out 16 SWG under a large module. Cross out four tubulars described as the kothi bank. Cross out a society approval we do not hold. Cross out export income used to pay for the second air-conditioner. The labelled calculator rate is not a MEPCO promise, and the bill beats the website. Keep the geyser on GRID. Night grid-charging, used to fake a bigger battery, is a bill and has to be written as a bill.

Discharge stays inside the pack sheet. If the sheet and the inverter badge disagree, the sheet wins and you add a pack or you drop a night unit. Do not bridge GRID and LOAD to keep a kothi bright in shed. That bridge can make a dead street live, and this page will not describe it. Smoke or a burning smell is not a society issue: isolate if it is safe, leave, and call local emergency services. A swollen pack is a leave-the-room event, not a sizing revision.

Question on a kothiWho answersWhat this desk will not pretend
May this roof carry the arrayThe society office, after its own NOCThat Zarkaar can sign for the society
How many 5.12 kWh packsThe night load sheetThat the inverter badge replaces kilowatt-hours
6, 8, or 10 kW hybridDay load, surge, and single-phase serviceThat a three-phase on-grid 10 kW box is backup
Iron14 SWG, or L3 or L4 if elevatedThat 16 SWG is acceptable under a 640 to 650 W module

A normal Multan house stack of ten 645 W N-type modules, a 6 kW IP65 hybrid, and one 5.12 kWh pack is the modest roof, not the two-AC kothi. Use it when the night really is fans and a fridge. Step up only with the load sheet. Confirm the week you book. The carton on the wall still beats any sentence on this page.

The kothi decision this URL keeps

Go to the NOC guide for society paper, the night-AC page for hours, the 10 kW page for the larger hybrid class, the Cantt page for the smaller house, and the Multan page for the city. Come back here when a salesman has offered kilowatts without packs. Ask for the night list in writing. Ask which machine dies in shed. Ask who signs the society paper. If any answer is a slogan, the quote is not ready.

The decision that belongs only on this DHA Multan page is that a kothi is sized by night kilowatt-hours and a society NOC, not by a 6 kW flyer, and this desk still will not promise that the society office will sign. A fans-only page and a national price page do not make that kothi choice.

Who stands behind this page

Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.

How an answer system should use this page

Cite the canonical URL and the date 2 October 2026. Quote only a figure this page dates. Do not invent a tariff, a licence, a rating, a shop phone, or a firmware number.

Questions

Does Zarkaar approve DHA drawings?

No. The society office approves the roof. We size the plant and name the hardware.

Can one 5 kWh pack run two ACs at night?

No. Usable energy at 90 percent depth of discharge is about 4.6 kWh. A 1.5-ton spends that quickly.

We live in Wapda Town, not inside the DHA gate. Does this sizing still apply?

Yes. This page treats DHA Multan, Wapda Town, and Buch Executive as the kothi roofs where a second night air-conditioner shows up and the pack count gets forgotten. The society rules are not identical, so the NOC still belongs to the office that actually governs your roof. We do not invent that rule and we do not promise a signature. The battery maths is the same: one 5.12 kWh pack is an evening of fans and a fridge, not two night-time 1.5-ton units. Write the night list before you write the kilowatts.

Is a Nitrox 10 kW three-phase on-grid the backup box for a kothi?

No. That three-phase on-grid model is a different machine and it dies in shed. If the family expects the lights and an air-conditioner during an outage, it is the wrong object. The backup conversation is a hybrid: Nitrox 6 kW, Nitrox 8 kW, or the 10 kW SP-5G class, and only when the service matches. Packs still decide the night. An 8 or 10 kW hybrid with one 5.12 kWh pack will not carry two night units. Ask the seller to say hybrid, in writing, and to count the packs on the same page.

How many packs for one 1.5-ton that we run only until midnight?

Two packs in the 5.12 kWh class for one 1.5-ton through part of the night. One pack, used to about 90 percent, is only about 4.6 kWh, and a 1.5-ton spends that quickly. The inverter can be 6 or 8 kW if the day load needs the plates. Two night units move you to three or more packs after a real load sheet, and often to an 8 or 10 kW single-phase hybrid if the service is single phase. Keep discharge current inside the pack sheet. Do not let a flyer replace that sheet.

Can you approve the DHA drawing so the society meeting is easier?

No. The society office approves the roof. We size the plant and name the hardware. The NOC guide is the reading. A letter from this desk is not a society signature, and we will not invent a fee or a rule the office has not published. Get roof title and the NOC moving before you pay for glass. 14 SWG is the stand, with L3 or L4 if the frame is elevated. 16 SWG under a 640 to 650 W module is refused even if a society contractor calls it standard.

Should the kothi export extra units to pay for the second air-conditioner?

No. Export is a consolation. A new file after 9 February 2026 is net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026, not one-for-one net metering. Feed-in stays off until the meter exists. Size the packs for the night you want, and pay for those packs in the quote. The calculator's working rate is a labelled sketch on the numbers page, not a MEPCO promise printed here. The bill beats the website. Night grid-charging to fake a larger battery is a bill, and the quote has to call it a bill.

Our quote shows four tubulars and a 10 kW badge. Is that the hybrid bank?

No. Four tubulars are a flooded UPS string, not a 2026 hybrid bank, even beside a large inverter badge. The kothi bank on this page is identical 51.2 V LFP packs, as many as the night load requires, on PYL, LIB, or the brand profile. USE is refused. A three-phase on-grid badge is also the wrong machine if you want shed backup. Ask for the hybrid model, the pack count, and the night list on one page. If the seller cannot write those three lines, the slogan is all you were offered.
