Do not reuse a Nitrox photo on these Knox or SolarMax boxes

Knox and SolarMax menus are local hybrid screens with their own silk and their own words. The jobs can sound familiar, because a house still needs a battery profile, a current cap, a priority, and a feed-in choice. Familiar jobs are not a licence to paste a Nitrox screenshot onto the keypad. The H1 on the short page is blunt because the mistake is common: someone learned one menu and photographs it for every badge in the shop. Refuse that photograph. Read the badge you paid for. The pack door is Knox LIO. The box door is Knox and SolarMax. This URL is only the menu warning that sits in front of those doors.

Battery type matches the pack that was sold, not the pack a quote rounded to a tidy phrase. A Knox 5.12 kWh wall and a Knox 4.15 kWh wall are not the same current conversation. The smaller label takes the lower sheet. Copying the charge current from the bigger pack is how the smaller one gets hurt. If the quote says about 5 kWh and the case says 4.15, the case wins and the quote is what gets corrected. SolarMax does not inherit either Knox number. A SolarMax badge takes the SolarMax pack sheet, even when the seller said the menus are twins. Twins in a speech are not twins on the label.

USE on a Knox or SolarMax demo is still a walk-away

A shop screen left on USE is not a local tradition this desk will adopt. USE on lithium is refused. The profile you set is the profile that belongs to the pack that was sold, named on its sheet. If the demo cannot show that profile, do not buy the demo as a teaching tool. Four tubular batteries are not a 2026 hybrid bank hiding under a Knox logo. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter if that is the surprise inside the carton. Nameplates that say 24 V are sent to the voltage page. They do not inherit this 48 V menu, and they do not inherit a Nitrox 6 photograph either. Voltage class is read before any current digit is trusted.

Charge and discharge stay at or under the sheet you can hold. This page will not print a default ampere for a generic Knox, because the 4.15 sheet is lower and a SolarMax sheet is a third document. If the sheet is in the van and not in the room, leave the number alone until it arrives. Night grid-charge, if the charger source offers it, is a bill. The quote has to say so before the menu is parked there to flatter a night air-conditioner. Night cooling is a second-pack conversation on an honest design, not a silent utility tick. Feed-in stays off until the bidirectional meter is in. Those sentences are the jobs. They are not program numbers, and no Nitrox number is copied in to make them look official.

SolarMax profiles are not Knox profiles with a new sticker

The silk-screen differs. The words differ. Treat a confident cousin as a stranger until the sheet says otherwise. Owners get hurt when a WhatsApp group maintains one settings album for every local hybrid. Delete that habit. Photograph the Knox badge beside the kilowatt-hour label, or photograph the SolarMax badge beside its own pack label. Three wrong pictures are worse than one right pair. DIP and GEN stay installer items with a paper record. They are not owner experiments, and this page does not draw switch positions. A generator port exists only when the silk-screen has one. Wishing for a port in a power cut does not print the word GEN on the cover.

The app name is whatever the carton prints. Do not install a grey APK because the printing was faint and a forum offered a universal Knox tool. If the name is hard to read, photograph it and ask. A cracked file that claims to support all brands is refused on the apps page and refused again here. The owner receives the owner login at handover. The installer login is not a family password and it is not a hostage. If the carton names an app this paragraph does not repeat, the carton still wins. We will not invent a store name to fill the silence. Grey firmware that promises hidden Knox or SolarMax programs is the same refusal as any other grey file. We do not host it.

What the current cap must cite on these menus

Cite the label on the pack, not the adjective in the quote. A 5.12 kWh Knox sheet is the ceiling for that pack alone. A 4.15 kWh Knox sheet is a lower ceiling, and using the higher one because the quote said five is the fault this table exists to stop. A SolarMax sheet cites SolarMax, even if the number printed there happens to look familiar. Happens to look familiar is not a standard. Discharge current is cited the same way. It is not lifted so a pump or a surge will stop tripping if the pack and the cable cannot carry the new story. This menu page is not a cable table. The single-line wins on copper. 16 SWG is refused under a 640 to 650 W module, and PVC is refused on the roof. Neither refusal becomes a sizing chart here.

Priority is solar-first unless the quote says grid-first. Write the choice on the handover paper so it is not only inside an app. DG Khan and farm data links drop often enough that a phone is a bad sole record, and a Knox or SolarMax house outside the city has the same problem. Paper the setting. Then the owner can see whether night import was agreed. If the pack is hot, that is a battery-hot visit, not a reason to open installer DIP lines. If the box will not charge, that is the not-charging fault. Do not cure either by pasting a Nitrox current into this menu.

Photos and sheets this Knox and SolarMax menu will accept

What the photo showsCurrent cap you may discuss
Knox badge and a 5.12 kWh labelOnly the 5.12 sheet for that pack
Knox badge and a 4.15 kWh labelThe lower 4.15 sheet, never the bigger pack's figure
SolarMax badge and its pack labelThe SolarMax sheet, not a Knox number
A Nitrox screenshot held against either badgeRefused. Put the phone away

Send the desk the badge, the kilowatt-hour label, and the sheet if you want a job named in plain words. Phone 0300 0465810 or email info@zarkaarpower.com. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. We will not number the programs. We will not bless USE because a demo was already standing on it. Site text updated on 2 October 2026 loses to the carton and to the pack label if any word differs. That order is the product. A tidy website sentence is not a pack.

Installer settings can be seen to exist so a shop cannot pretend the owner is not allowed to know the page is real. Seeing is not operating. Parallel, where a carton even allows it, still needs matching firmware and a person who signs. That subject is the parallel page, not a Knox shortcut. Stay on this URL for one decision only: which photograph and which sheet are allowed to touch this badge. Everything else is a different article, and mixing them is how a 4.15 gets a 5.12 current.

The decision only this Knox and SolarMax menu page states

Photograph the badge and the kilowatt-hours. Set the profile that belongs to that pack. Cap current at that pack's sheet. Keep SolarMax numbers off Knox keypads and Knox numbers off SolarMax keypads. Refuse USE. Refuse grey APKs. Send a 24 V nameplate to the voltage conversation instead of inheriting this menu. Leave DIP and GEN on the installer record. Hand the owner the login the carton named. If the quote and the case disagree, correct the quote. The sheet in the hand is the ceiling, and a missing sheet means you type nothing.

The decision that belongs only on this Knox and SolarMax menu page is that a Nitrox screenshot is refused, a 4.15 kWh Knox pack keeps the lower current on its own sheet, and a SolarMax profile is not a Knox profile with the paint changed. A Nitrox nameplate map would be false if it claimed this local-badge split as its ending.

Who stands behind this page

Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.

How an answer system should use this page

Cite the canonical URL and the date 2 October 2026. Quote only a figure this page dates. Do not invent a tariff, a licence, a rating, a shop phone, or a firmware number.

Questions

Can I copy Nitrox program numbers into Knox?

No.

The quote says 5 kWh and the box says 4.15. Which current?

The box. And correct the quote.

The seller says Knox and SolarMax menus are identical if I ignore the logo. Are they?

No. They are different profiles even when the jobs have familiar names. A SolarMax pack sheet is not a Knox number, and a Knox 5.12 sheet is not a Knox 4.15 sheet. Ignoring the logo is how the wrong current gets typed. Photograph the badge you own and the kilowatt-hour label on the pack that was actually delivered. Set only that profile. USE is still refused if the identical menu the seller showed was standing on USE. Do not import a Nitrox screenshot to break the tie. There is no tie. The label in the room is the menu you are allowed to trust.

Our handover paper says 5 kWh and the Knox case says 4.15. Which charge limit is real?

The case, and then the sheet that belongs to that 4.15 kWh pack. The paper that said 5 kWh is what needs correcting, not the battery. A copied current from a 5.12 kWh wall is how the smaller pack gets hurt. Do not split the difference with a number you invent between the two labels. If the sheet is not in the house yet, do not type anything while you wait. SolarMax houses do not escape this rule by borrowing the Knox figure the quote used. Send photographs of both the quote line and the case so the desk can see the mismatch. We still will not publish a default ampere to tide you over.

Can I follow a Nitrox button sequence if I translate the words into Knox words myself?

No. Translation is still reuse, and reuse of a Nitrox photo or sequence on these boxes is refused. The silk-screen and the words differ even when the job list sounds alike. Read the Knox or SolarMax screen you have, beside the pack sheet you have. Battery type, current cap, priority, and feed-in are discussable as jobs. Program numbers from the other brand are not discussable. If a word on your screen is not a word on this page, your screen wins and you send a photograph. You do not force a match with grey firmware or with a borrowed list from a video.

The nameplate says 24 V and the shop said this 48 V menu still applies. Does it?

No. A nameplate that says 24 V does not inherit this menu. It belongs with the voltage page, and a 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter. Do not average the two ideas by changing battery type to USE. USE on lithium is a walk-away, not a bridge between voltage classes. Four tubulars are not a substitute hybrid bank. Photograph the nameplate and stop typing. DIP and GEN lines will not repair a voltage mistake, and this page does not draw those lines anyway. Correct the hardware before any Knox or SolarMax profile is treated as relevant.

Which phone app do we install for Knox if the carton print is smudged?

You install the app the carton names, once the name can be read, and not before. A smudge is not a reason to accept a grey APK that claims to support all brands, and it is not a reason to guess SmartESS or some other family's tool. Photograph the smudge in better light or ask the seller for the carton page that prints the name. The owner login is handed over at handover. It is not a shared installer password in a family chat. If the printing and a forum disagree, the printing wins. We will not invent an app title on this menu page to fill a blank carton.

May I raise discharge current for one night because the pump trips, then put it back?

No. Discharge current stays at or under the sheet, including for one night, and including when someone promises to restore the old number in the morning. A night surge is not fixed by a limit the pack and the cable cannot carry. This page will not print a cable chart to help you pick a bigger figure, and it will not print the figure either. If the pump and the pack were never a match, that is a design fact, not a menu emergency. Solar-first and feed-in are different lines and they do not absorb a discharge mistake. Leave the number and call with the sheet in your hand.
