Voltage match is the page that prevents the fire. A 12 V brick, a 24 V box, a 51.2 V wall, and a high-voltage stack do not share lugs. Crossing them because the showroom had stock is the walk-away. This URL is the map. It does not give a conversion procedure, a series recipe, or a transformer story. If a lug is burnt, discoloured, or smells, stop and call the desk. We do not publish a cleaning or a re-crimp. The small Inverex red box has its own page at 24 V. High voltage has its own page at HV battery.

12 V is a UPS battery or a small direct-current load, the tubular banks and the 12 V 100 Ah brick on Inverex LFP. 24 V is the Yukon, the Veyron II 4 kW, the Nitrox 3 to 3.6, and some Itel boxes. Those take a 24 V class bank only. Itel’s trap is also named on budget hybrids. 51.2 V is the house wall for a 48 V class hybrid, the object on DL5.0C and on INV-LV. High voltage is LUNA and its peers, on their own inverter, never on a house BAT port.

Match the voltage before the cases are allowed to touch

The nameplate is the document. A wall that looks like the last job is not the last job if the plate says a different class. A 51.2 V wall on a 24 V inverter is refused. A 24 V bank on a 48 V class hybrid is refused unless both manuals allow that exact pair, and we do not improvise the pair. Two 24 V packs offered as a homemade series feed are not a design we will sketch. If both manuals are silent, the answer is no. If one manual allows it and the other does not, the answer is no.

A 12 V radio, a 12 V fan, or any small 12 V habit does not get tapped off the 51.2 V house wall. The quick refusal is absolute. This page will not draw the tap, name a dropper, or describe an adapter. Small 12 V loads stay on a 12 V source that was built for them. The house wall stays a house wall. Creativity at the lugs is how the case gets hot.

Showroom stock is not a matching method

The van had a Yukon and a 51.2 V wall, or a 24 V Itel and a Dyness case, or a LUNA crate and a Nitrox port. None of those pairs become legal because the afternoon is late. Return the wrong object. Write the class on the quotation in words the owner can compare with the silk-screen later. The carton and the invoice beat the website. A forwarded photo of someone else's plant is not a match for this plant.

USE voltage tables are refused on every class. USE is how a person types numbers until a mismatched pack seems to charge. We do not publish those numbers. The profile, when the chemistry is lithium and the voltage already matches, is the word on that pack's sheet. Voltage match comes first. Profile comes second. A profile cannot repair a class error, and a class error is not a menu problem.

A burnt lug means stop, and the page ends there

Discolour, smell, warmth that does not belong, or a lug that has already burnt are the same stop. Do not tighten a warm lug while it is live. Do not scrape it, grease it, or change the crimp from a tip. Isolate with the proper isolator if you can do that safely, then call. The desk number is 0300 0465810 and the mail is info@zarkaarpower.com. Bring a photograph. If there is smoke or a burning smell, leave and call local emergency services. We do not teach a suppression method, and we do not teach a repair.

A damaged lug is not a clue that the classes were close enough. It is a clue that the job has already gone wrong. Rebuilding the same crossing after a new lug is refused. The replacement, if there is one, is the correct class on the correct inverter, specified again from the nameplates. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Malik Muneeb Altaf is group steward only. The name is not a licence to approve a crossed pair by message.

High voltage stays on its inverter, and 51.2 V stays on its hybrid

LUNA is not 51.2 V. The SUN2000 pairing page is SUN2000 and LUNA. House hybrids stay on 51.2 V walls. Series-connecting those walls to imitate high voltage is refused, and the reason is on the high-voltage page: the battery management, the voltage, and the inverter input are a designed set. This map will not repeat a build. It only points at the boundary so the quote chooses a class instead of mixing two.

Pylontech's 48 V-class walls, the Knox LIO walls, and the six-wall table follow the same 51.2 V or 48 V-class rule. They do not drop onto a Yukon. A small Knox or SolarMax nameplate that actually reads 24 V is the exception that proves the habit is dangerous: read the plate, because a small unit can still be 24 V. The plate outranks the shape of the case. Updated 2 October 2026. Dated prices are not decided here.

The 24 V page is the red box, and this page is the map

Yukon, Veyron II 4 kW, and Nitrox 3 to 3.6 live on the 24 V model page so the red box has a single home. This voltage page is the wider map that also includes Itel, the 12 V UPS world, the 51.2 V walls, and LUNA. Do not treat the red-box page as a permission slip for every 24 V idea, and do not treat this map as a wiring drawing. Both pages refuse the crossing. Neither page teaches it.

What the quotation has to show before the lugs exist

It shows one class, in words, next to the inverter model and the battery model. It shows that a 12 V object was kept on a UPS job, that a 24 V box was kept on a 24 V bank, that a 51.2 V wall was kept on a 48 V class hybrid, or that a high-voltage name was kept with its paired inverter. It does not show two classes and a promise to "sort it on site." On site is where the fire is. Sorting belongs on the paper, the day before.

The ordinary house that wants shed-through power is the 6 kW IP65 hybrid and one 5.12 kWh pack at 51.2 V, with night air-conditioning as a second pack of the same class. That sentence is allowed because every object in it is one class. The moment a 24 V spare or a tubular string is added to sound thrifty, the sentence is refused. Thrift does not change voltage. The carton still wins.

Class on the nameplateWhat this voltage map allows
12 V tubular or 12 V brickA UPS job the manual allows. Not a random hybrid lug
24 V boxYukon, Veyron II 4 kW, Nitrox 3 to 3.6, some Itel, with a 24 V bank only
51.2 V wallA 48 V class hybrid. Not a 24 V box
High voltage, LUNA and peersTheir own inverter. Not a house BAT port
Burnt or smelling lugStop. No published repair

The decision on this voltage-match page is that 12 V, 24 V, 51.2 V, and high voltage do not share lugs, and a burnt lug means stop rather than a cleaning lesson. That decision would be false on a single-model page that only names one wall, because this URL is the map across the classes and the other pages are not.

Questions

Can I tap a 12 V radio off the 51.2 V pack?

No.

The lug is warm. Should I tighten it live?

No. Stop and isolate with the proper isolator, then call.

Which Inverex boxes have to stay on a 24 V bank?

The Yukon, the Veyron II 4 kW, and the Nitrox 3 to 3.6, which are the red-box family on the 24 V model page. They take a 24 V class bank only. A 51.2 V wall is the wrong object on those lugs. Some Itel units are 24 V as well and live in the budget-hybrid warning. Read the nameplate of the actual unit. A larger Nitrox house box is a different class and does not lend its wall to the small family.

Where does a 51.2 V wall belong if the quote is an ordinary house?

On a 48 V class hybrid, as one 5.12 kWh pack in the usual first step, with night air-conditioning as a second pack of the same voltage. DL5.0C and INV-LV are the house names we use for that wall. The wall does not belong on a 24 V Yukon, on a 24 V Itel, or on a high-voltage input. Stock in the showroom is not a match. If the silk-screen and the wall disagree, stop and change the paper before the lugs are made.

What should happen if a lug is burnt, discoloured, or smelling?

Stop. Do not clean it, do not re-crimp it from a web tip, and do not tighten it while it is live. Isolate with the proper isolator if that can be done safely, photograph the damage, and call the desk on 0300 0465810 or info@zarkaarpower.com. If smoke or a burning smell is already in the room, leave and call local emergency services. We do not publish a suppression method or a repair. The next specification has to be the correct class, not the same crossing with a new lug.

Can two 24 V packs be series-fed into a 48 V hybrid if both look similar?

Only if both manuals allow that exact pair. Similar is not permission. We do not improvise the series, and we do not publish a recipe, a link order, or a sketch. If either manual is silent, the answer is no. A homemade string is how the wrong voltage arrives on the hybrid and how a pack is destroyed. Buy the 51.2 V wall the hybrid was designed to see, or stay on a 24 V inverter with a 24 V bank. Do not invent the middle.

Why is high voltage not just a menu choice on a house battery port?

Because LUNA and its peers are a different electrical class. They belong with the inverter the manufacturer paired them with, and they never land on a Nitrox BAT port. A PYL-style word from a low-voltage wall does not reclassify the stack. Series-connecting 51.2 V walls to imitate that class is refused. The designed set is the battery management, the voltage, and the inverter input. This map points at the boundary. It does not teach a build.

Is this voltage page a repair guide for a warm connection?

No. It is a map of classes and a stop sign. A warm lug is not tightened live, and a burnt lug is not cleaned from instructions we refuse to write. There is no conversion procedure, no series recipe, and no transformer story on this URL. USE voltage tables are refused as well. The owner photographs the nameplates and the damage and calls. Sorting classes on site, after the smell, is how the page was ignored.
