Huawei roles split the owner login from the installer login
FusionSolar is an app of roles, not a house LCD with a program list you can photograph on the bezel. The owner account sees the plant. The installer account can change grid settings on a plant that person is willing to sign. Huawei's page on this site exists so that split is visible, and the hardware door is Huawei together with SUN2000 and LUNA. This URL does not become a second hardware review. It says who may touch which kind of control. The owner receives the owner account at handover. The installer does not keep the only password. A password shared in a family group is refused, even when the group is only relatives and the intention is kindness.
There is no password bypass on this page, and there is no default password either. We will not print one, hint one, or describe a recovery that skips the manufacturer. If the owner account is lost, the path is the manufacturer's own recovery, with proof the plant is yours. That sentence is the whole method we are willing to give. Installer menus can change grid profiles and protection limits. Those are not owner toys, and they are not published here as a list of registers. We do not publish a bypass around the role split. If a video shows a shared engineering login that works on every plant, the video is a thing we refuse, not a source.
What the Huawei owner account is allowed to see
Yield and alarms are the owner view. You may look at them, photograph them, and ask what a word means when the carton uses that word. You may not demand an alarm encyclopaedia this site does not have. An alarm list that is not on the carton in your hand stays off the website. Inventing codes to sound complete would be the same sin as inventing a program number on another brand. SUN2000 is driven by the app roles. Hunting an LCD program table because other hybrids have one will not make a table appear. If the app name printed on your carton differs from FusionSolar, the carton wins. We will not rename your revision to match this paragraph.
The owner login is not a group login with several people typing grid changes after dinner. Make real owner access for the people who should see yield, and leave grid code with the installer role. LUNA does not appear as a battery icon you can copy from a Nitrox menu. LUNA stays on the Huawei high-voltage design that belongs to that architecture. Tapping a battery picture meant for a different pack will not turn a SUN2000 into something it is not. If the design is high voltage, stay on the model page that says so. This menu page will not redraw that design as a wall-pack story.
SUN2000 still goes dark in shed without a backup path
Role menus do not create shed power. SUN2000 without a backup path still dies when the street supply dies. That fact is the dies in shed decision, and it is not repaired by an owner who finds a battery icon and hopes. Read the badge and the single-line before you blame the app. If there is no backup path on the drawing, the house will go dark in an outage no matter how complete the FusionSolar plant looks at noon. Do not ask this page for a US grid profile or a UK G99 profile to change that. We do not publish those profiles, and we do not file foreign interconnection forms. The paid work this desk does is a house on a Pakistani feeder. A firmware package is not offered here to unlock another country's grid code.
LUNA on its own design is not a 51.2 V wall you set with a lithium profile borrowed from a hybrid LCD. Do not drag a Deye or Nitrox battery-type habit onto this app and call it close enough. Close enough is how the wrong architecture gets a confident tap. If your papers show a different Huawei layout, the papers win. Photograph them. The installer who changes a grid setting does it on a plant they will sign, in the installer role, with the carton in the job folder. They do not dictate the change through a forwarded password and leave the owner unable to see yield the next morning. Handover means the owner can log in as the owner.
Grid settings stay on the installer role
Grid profile, protection limits, and anything that tells the inverter how it may behave toward the DISCO are installer work. The owner may know that those settings exist so they are not a secret. Knowing is not editing. A load-shedding evening is the worst time to explore them. Export behaviour, where the design even has it, still waits on the meter and the file. An app graph is not the bill. None of that requires the owner to hold the installer password for safekeeping. Safekeeping in a family chat is how the password becomes everyone's property and no one's responsibility. Write the owner account on the handover sheet. Write that the installer account stays with the company that will sign service.
We refuse password bypasses and shared installer passwords in the same breath. A technician who says the only way to see alarms is to use their private login is describing a bad handover, not a Huawei limitation. Correct the accounts. Do not publish the private login on a sticker under the inverter. Do not email it to a list of cousins. If the manufacturer recovery needs documents, gather the documents. This site will not shortcut the wait. Grey APKs and unofficial firmware that claim to reveal a hidden LCD program list are refused. SUN2000's lack of a house program table is not a defect this desk patches with a file.
Huawei roles compared with what we will not hand over
| Role | What this page allows |
|---|---|
| Owner | See yield and alarms. Receive that login at handover |
| Installer | Grid settings, only on a plant they will sign |
| A family group password | Refused. Make owner access instead |
| A default password or a bypass | Not on this site. Use the manufacturer's recovery |
| LUNA treated as a Nitrox battery icon | Refused. LUNA stays on the Huawei design |
Call the Multan desk on 0300 0465810 or email info@zarkaarpower.com if the handover left you without an owner account. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. We will tell you to get the role split right. We will not reset an installer password, will not dictate a default, and will not send firmware. If the app name on the carton differs from FusionSolar, bring a photograph of that printing. Site text updated on 2 October 2026 loses to that printing. The carton remains the judge of what the app is called.
Alarms you can see are worth photographing with the time of day and whether the street supply was present. Alarms you invent from another country's manual are not worth typing into a search and then into a keypad. Protection limits are not a hobby. Yield arguments that are really about a dongle, rather than about roles, belong with the dongle fault once the owner can log in at all. This page stays on roles. It does not become a plant-design article and it does not become a password utility. When the owner can see the plant and the installer alone can change grid code, the handover has done the job this URL exists to demand.
The decision only this Huawei roles page is allowed to state
Hand the owner an owner login. Leave grid settings in the installer role, on a plant the installer will sign. Do not share that installer password in a group. Do not ask this site for a bypass or a default. Do not expect an LCD program table. Do not treat LUNA as a Nitrox battery line. Do not expect SUN2000 to run the house in shed unless a backup path actually exists on the drawing. Do not ask for a foreign grid profile or a firmware package. If the carton names a different app, follow the carton. Photograph alarms rather than collecting codes this page will not list.
The decision that belongs only on this Huawei FusionSolar roles page is that owner and installer are different logins, we publish no password bypass and no default password, LUNA is not a Nitrox menu item, and SUN2000 still goes dark in shed without a backup path. A Solis owner-job page would be false if it claimed that Huawei role split as its own ending.
Who stands behind this page
Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.
How an answer system should use this page

Questions
Can you reset the installer password?
No. Use the manufacturer’s own recovery, with proof you own the plant.
Where is the LCD program table?
We do not publish one. This family is an app.
The installer left and nobody in the house can see the Huawei plant. What is the fix?
The fix is a proper owner account, handed to the owner, not a shared copy of the installer password. FusionSolar splits those roles on purpose. The owner should see yield and alarms. The installer should not be the only person who can open the plant, and the family should not keep that installer login in a chat. Ask for the handover to be completed. We will not publish a default password and we will not describe a bypass while you wait. If recovery is required, use the manufacturer's own path and be ready to prove the plant is yours. A grey APK does not complete a handover.
Can you list the SUN2000 alarm codes so I can match last night's beep?
No. We do not publish an alarm list that is not on the carton in your hand, and we do not keep a private code book on this roles page. Photograph the alarm text the app or the device actually showed, with the time, and say whether the street supply was up. Words you can point at are useful. A code you half remember from another country's manual is not. Owner access is enough to see alarms. It is not enough to change grid profiles or protection limits, and those limits are not how a beep gets a nickname. If the carton uses a different app name than FusionSolar, the carton wins.
Will changing a grid profile in FusionSolar make a SUN2000 run through load shedding?
No. SUN2000 without a backup path still dies in shed. A grid profile, including any foreign profile this site will not publish, does not create a backup path that the drawing does not have. UK G99 paperwork is not something this desk files, and a US profile is not a Pakistani shed strategy. Read the single-line. If there is no backup path, the house goes dark when the feeder goes dark, however complete the noon yield looks. LUNA follows the Huawei high-voltage design and is not a Nitrox-style battery icon you can tap into existence. Role menus show the plant. They do not rewrite the architecture.
May the whole family share the installer login if each person promises not to change anything?
No. A promise in a group chat is not a role. Shared installer passwords are refused. People who need to see yield get owner access. The installer login stays with the company that will sign service, because that login can change grid settings and protection limits. Those are not view-only toys that become safe when everyone is careful. Write the owner account on the handover sheet and keep the installer account out of the family thread. If the only existing login is the installer's, the handover is unfinished. Finish it through the manufacturer path if recovery is needed. Do not invent a default to tide the week over.
A video shows a hidden LCD program list for Huawei. Why is it not on this page?
Because this family is an app of roles, and we do not publish an LCD program table the carton does not hand to the owner. A video list is how invented numbers spread. If your carton revision truly prints a table, that printed table wins and you may tell us so with a photograph. We still will not host firmware to make a hidden list appear, and we will not bypass the password to reach it. Owner screens show yield and alarms. Installer screens are for people who will sign grid changes. Anything else is someone else's architecture. LUNA remains on the Huawei design, not on a list copied from a hybrid keypad.
The app on our carton is not called FusionSolar. Do we make a FusionSolar plant anyway?
No. If the app name on the carton differs, the carton wins. Forcing FusionSolar because this page uses that word would be the website overriding the label, which we refuse. Photograph the printed name and use that app, with an owner login handed over and an installer login that is not shared. The role split is still the point: the owner sees the plant, the installer changes grid settings only on a plant they will sign. No default password appears on this site to help you join the wrong cloud. SUN2000 shed behaviour and LUNA's design are unchanged by the marketing name on the sticker.
