Handover: the folder. Dongle: dongle offline.
The owner login is handed over, and a shared password is refused
This page is about who holds the login, not about a tour of every setting inside every brand. The owner gets the owner account at handover. The installer account stays with the company that will sign service. A shared password in a family WhatsApp group is refused, even when the group is small and everyone promises to look and not touch. The installer's login is not a hostage, and it is not the family's only way to see the plant. If handover ended with one secret held by the installer, the handover is unfinished. Finish it with real owner access. The folder that should contain that note is the handover. Write the app name and the owner account on that paper. A phone screenshot is not the only copy.
A dongle that goes offline does not transfer ownership of the account, and it does not mean the fridge has died. The LCD still runs the house. Wi-Fi changes do not void the warranty by themselves. Fix the stick. The fault for a stick that will not join the network is the dongle offline page. Yield arguments, when the stick is fine and the numbers are the fight, belong on the app yield page. Do not settle those fights by handing the installer password to every cousin who has an opinion. Cousins who need to see production can receive owner access. They do not receive the role that can change grid behaviour.
Which app name this desk will say, and when the carton wins
We will say SmartESS for Inverex and many Voltronic-class boxes only if that is what the carton names. We will say Solarman for Deye and for Solarman sticks. Huawei is FusionSolar unless the carton prints another name. Knox is the Knox app named on the carton, not a name we invent when the print is faint. Solis is SolisCloud when the carton agrees. GoodWe is SEMS. Sungrow is iSolarCloud. Fronius is Solar.web. Pylontech is PylonView, and PylonView is a view of the pack, not the house login. If the carton in your box prints a different word for your revision, the carton wins. A cracked APK that claims to support all brands is refused, including one that happens to list these names on its splash screen.
Confirm the printing before an install. A group recommendation is not a carton. Grey APKs and Telegram links that offer firmware beside the app are refused together. An app store lookalike is still grey if it did not come from the path the carton names. Do not sideload a file to reach a menu the owner LCD already shows. Settings that exist only inside an app are also written on paper, because links drop in DG Khan and on farms, and a city Wi-Fi fault can do the same. The doctrine of the house menus stays the parent. Each brand menu sends the account question here. This URL does not retype every brand's battery profile. It stops the password becoming common property.
A grey APK is refused even when the dongle is dark
The temptation arrives when the app icon disappears after a phone change. Someone offers a file that will restore every brand at once. Refuse the file. Reinstall the app the carton named, recover the owner account through that brand's own path, and keep the installer account out of the recovery chat. A dark icon is not a dead hybrid. Walk to the LCD. If the house is running, the house is running. If the stick cannot find the new Wi-Fi, that is a dongle job, not a firmware job, and not a reason to flash the inverter because the phone is unhappy. We do not host firmware on this page any more than we host it on the parallel fault. A chat file is not a manufacturer update.
PylonView deserves its own sentence so it is not used as the front door to the whole plant. It looks at the pack. The house login is the inverter app the carton named. Owners who can see cell information and cannot see the plant have not finished handover. They have opened the pack window only. Ask for the inverter owner account as well. Do not promote the pack app into a shared master key. Do not tape either password under the inverter where a visitor can read it. Paper can record that the account exists and who holds it, without becoming a poster of the secret. The company that signs service keeps its own access. The family keeps the view.
Paper copies matter when the data link drops
DG Khan, a farm road, and a thick-walled room in Multan can all lose the dongle for an evening. The settings that matter must already be on the handover sheet: app name, owner account identity, whether feed-in was left off until the meter, whether charging is solar-only, and which battery profile was chosen. Those lines are also on the brand menu pages. Here the point is that the app must not be their only home. When the link returns, the paper and the screen should still agree. If they do not, the screen is what the plant is doing and the paper is what you were sold. Reconcile them. Do not flash a new pack to force the screen back to a memory.
A dead app is not a warranty verdict. Say that plainly to anyone who panics after a router change. The warranty conversation, if it ever happens, will care about the carton, the installation, and the fault, not about whether a phone still had the old SSID. Photograph the LCD if you need help. Phone 0300 0465810 or email info@zarkaarpower.com. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. We will tell you to fix the stick and to keep the roles apart. We will not send an APK. Site text updated on 2 October 2026 loses to a carton that prints a different app name. Bring a photo of that printing.
App names we will say, and the login rule beside each one
| If the carton is this family | Name we will say, then the rule |
|---|---|
| Inverex and many Voltronic-class boxes | SmartESS, only when the carton says so. Owner login at handover |
| Deye and Solarman sticks | Solarman. Not a shared installer password |
| Huawei | FusionSolar, unless the carton prints another name |
| Knox | Whatever Knox name the carton prints. No invented title |
| Solis | SolisCloud when the carton agrees |
| GoodWe | SEMS. Not a Solis habit renamed |
| Sungrow | iSolarCloud |
| Fronius | Solar.web |
| Pylontech | PylonView for the pack, not as the house login |
Read the row that matches the badge, then read the carton anyway. The table is a memory aid for the desk. It is not a licence to ignore a revision that left the factory with a different word. A second brand in the same shed gets its own row and its own owner access. One password for two badges is the shared-password refusal again. Children and guests do not need the installer role to admire a yield graph. If the graph itself is the dispute, go to the yield fault with photographs, after the owner can log in. If nobody can log in, fix access first and do not reinterpret the outage as a production failure.
National app manuals stay canonical where the long form already lives. This page does not rewrite them button by button, because a button recipe is how a stale screenshot becomes a house procedure. Meaning is enough: owner sees the plant, installer signs the service, grey files stay off the phone, paper holds the choices the link might hide. When a brand menu and this login page disagree about an app name, the carton breaks the tie and both pages can be corrected later. Tonight you follow the label in the box. That is slower than a forum and it is the only order that survives a revision.
The decision only this inverter-apps page is allowed to make
Write the app name and the owner account on the handover sheet. Give the owner that login. Leave the installer login with the company that will sign service. Refuse the family-group password. Refuse grey APKs and Telegram firmware links. Treat PylonView as a pack view. Treat a dark dongle as a stick fault, not as a dead fridge and not as a void warranty. Copy app-only settings onto paper because data links drop. Send yield fights to the yield page and stick fights to the dongle page. Let each brand menu keep its own jobs. This URL only decides who holds the key.
The decision that belongs only on this inverter-apps page is that the owner receives the owner login at handover, a shared installer password is refused, a grey APK is refused even when the icon has vanished, and the carton still names the app when our list and the box disagree. A charge-current ceiling or a DIP boundary would be false if it pretended to be this login decision.
Who stands behind this page
Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.

Questions
Can the whole family share one installer password?
No. Make owner accounts.
The app is gone and the Wi-Fi changed. Is the warranty void?
No. Fix the stick. The LCD still runs the house.
The installer will only share their login, not make us an owner account. Is that normal?
No. It is an unfinished handover. The owner should hold an owner account, and the installer account should stay with the company that will sign service. A single shared password, even offered politely, is refused. You do not solve the standoff by posting that password into a family chat so everyone can at least see the plant. Ask for owner access in writing on the handover sheet, with the app name the carton actually prints. If recovery has to go through the manufacturer, use that path and prove the plant is yours. We will not send a grey APK to skip the wait, and the LCD still runs the house while the accounts are sorted.
Our carton says SmartESS but a neighbour with a similar inverter uses a different app. Who is wrong?
Neither house is wrong until its own carton is ignored. SmartESS is the name we will say for Inverex and many Voltronic-class boxes only when that carton says so. The neighbour's printing wins inside the neighbour's house. Your printing wins in yours. Do not install their file to save time, and do not accept a universal APK that claims both names. Solarman, FusionSolar, SolisCloud, SEMS, iSolarCloud, Solar.web, a Knox name, and PylonView are the other names this page will say, each for its own family, each still subject to the carton. PylonView remains a pack view. Write your own app name on your own handover paper.
The phone was replaced and the app icon is gone. Has the hybrid stopped, and is the warranty gone?
The hybrid has not stopped merely because the icon is gone, and a Wi-Fi or phone change does not by itself void the warranty. The LCD still runs the house. Reinstall the app the carton named and recover the owner account. Do not sideload a cracked file that promises every brand, and do not flash firmware because the graph is missing. If the stick cannot see the new network, treat that as a dongle fault and keep the account ownership where it was. A dark dongle does not move the plant into someone else's login. Photograph the LCD if you need the desk to confirm the house is alive while the phone is sorted.
Can PylonView be the one login for the whole house if we only have one phone?
No. PylonView is for the pack, not the house login. One phone can hold more than one owner app. It should not be given the installer password as a shortcut, and it should not pretend the pack window is the inverter. Install the inverter app the carton names, as an owner account, and keep PylonView as the battery view if that pack is yours. A shared password is still refused on a single phone if the thing being shared is the installer role passed around by hand. Write both app names on the handover sheet. When the data link drops, the paper still says which window is which.
Settings we changed in the app are not written anywhere else. Is the phone enough?
No. Settings that live only in an app are written on paper as well, because DG Khan, farms, and ordinary city Wi-Fi all drop. The paper should name the app, the owner account, the battery profile, whether charging is solar-only, and whether feed-in is waiting for the meter. The screen remains what the plant is doing today. The paper is what you were sold. If they drift, reconcile them in daylight rather than loading a file to force the screen backward. This page does not walk those settings button by button. The brand menu pages explain the jobs. Here the rule is simply that the phone must not be the only record.
A Telegram contact offered one APK for Huawei, Solis, Knox, and Growatt. Can we use it just to look?
No. A file that claims to support all brands is the cracked APK we refuse, and looking is not a harmless exception. Telegram firmware links are refused in the same sentence. Use the app the carton names: FusionSolar, SolisCloud, the Knox name printed on the box, or the Growatt app that belongs to the badge you photographed, and only as an owner account. If the icon is broken, recover it through that brand, not through a chat. The installer password is not the viewing tool. The LCD is still there if the phone cannot be trusted tonight. Send the carton photo to the desk if the printed name is hard to read. We will not supply a substitute file.
