Key takeaways

What the owner keeps

Identity

Flash report, plate serials, inverter serial, battery serial, and the shop invoice.

Settings

Battery type, max charge, max discharge, output priority, feed-in on or off, APL or UPS.

Proof

Earth reading, torque note, string Voc on a cool morning, and the shed-test photo.

Access

Owner account on SmartESS, Solarman, FusionSolar, Knox, SolisCloud, or the brand app. The installer login is not a hostage.

Warranties are different objects

A plate can carry a long performance warranty. A hybrid in Pakistan often carries about five years, and a local board swap is the real product on Inverex and Knox. Read plate warranty and inverter warranty as two pages. The commissioning order sits in the commissioning manual.

The folder is part of the plant

Iron without a folder is a sale the warranty desk cannot defend. Pay is finished when the folder is finished, not when the hybrid first beeps. The folder holds the flash report, the plate serials, the inverter serial, the battery serial, and the shop invoice. It holds a photograph of the LCD protocol, the earth reading the installer wrote down, and the owner login. It also holds the charge current written beside the pack rating, the output priority, whether feed-in is on or off, and whether the grid range says APL or UPS. Turned on is not commissioned.

This URL collects that list and points at the guides that already exist. It does not open a second maintenance blog, and it does not rewrite the commissioning manual. The commissioning order stays in that manual. Plate warranty registration stays on the plate warranty page. Inverter paper stays on the inverter warranty page. Those are different objects. A reader who wants a daily routine should use the manuals, not ask this company page to grow a diary.

Every serial in the folder has to match a carton

Every model on the quote has a serial line in the folder. Someone has to register LONGi or Jinko serials, and that someone is the owner, with the invoice, on the maker's own site. We do not host the PDF, and we do not invent a portal. If the maker's site and this website disagree, the carton and the maker's site win. Keep the Inverex invoice because a board swap asks for it. On Inverex and Knox, a local board swap is the real product behind the paper. A hybrid in Pakistan often carries about five years. This page does not promise a 25-year inverter.

A plate can carry a long performance warranty. That sentence is not the inverter sentence. Do not let a shop staple them together and call both "twenty-five years." Photograph the nameplate and the serial sticker while the installer is still in the house. A serial shouted over the phone, with no photo, is how a claim dies. The carton beats the website. If a digit is hard to read, take a second photo in the shade rather than guessing a character on this page.

The protocol photo reopens a USE quote

Photograph PYL, LIB, or the brand name on the LCD. If that photo shows USE, the quote reopens. USE ignores the BMS, and a handover that ignores the BMS is not a finished plant. The battery-type menu owns the meaning of those words. This folder page only says the photo is mandatory and that USE is not an accepted picture. Write the final LCD values by hand on the sheet as well. Apps go offline, and firmware screens change. A hand line still exists when the dongle does not.

Write the maximum charge and the maximum discharge next to the pack rating you are holding. Do not copy a current from a different pack because the inverter looked similar. A Knox pack and a larger wall pack are not the same line. The owner account on SmartESS, Solarman, FusionSolar, Knox, SolisCloud, or the brand app is part of access. The installer login is not a hostage. Shared passwords are refused. If the only login in the folder is the installer's, handover is not done.

Proof is a reading and a shed test, not a speech

The proof pocket holds the earth reading, a torque note, the string voltage written on a cool morning, and the shed-test photo. This page does not teach the test method, and it does not publish a procedure for proving the earth. The number in the folder is the number the installer measured and signed. The commissioning manual keeps the order of work. A cool-morning string note is a record, not an invitation to probe a live connector from a blog.

Run a shed test with the fridge on LOAD before the installer leaves. The photo should show that the fridge stayed up when the street supply was opened in the way the commissioning manual already describes. This page does not rewrite that order and does not describe a jumper, a bridged port, or a lifted earth. If the fridge dies in the test, the folder stays open. Night loads that were sold as backup have to be on LOAD. A geyser that was sold as a GRID load should not appear in that photo as if it were backup.

Tubular paper is not LFP paper

Tubular batteries are topped with water and carry a different warranty from a sealed LFP pack. Mixing those sentences is how a shop sells four tubulars as a hybrid bank. If the quote was lithium, the folder must show a sealed pack, a 51.2 V class nameplate when that was the pack, and a closed-loop profile. If someone swapped in tubulars on the day, the photo will show it, and the quote reopens. A 51.2 V wall does not belong on a 24 V inverter, and the folder should make that mismatch obvious instead of hiding it.

A warranty claim starts from a photographed fault. A Facebook diagnosis is not a claim. Send the serial, the protocol photo, and the screen you see now. Do not send a grey application and call it evidence. We do not host firmware. One clear set of photos beats a long chat. The stocking dealer and the maker need the same folder you kept at handover. If the folder was never built, the claim starts from a weaker place, which is why pay waits for the folder.

Keep a paper copy. Phones get lost, and apps get logged out. The hand-written LCD line is there for that day. Register plates with the maker while the invoice is still easy to find. Read the two warranty pages as two pages before you argue with a shop about which paper covers a failed board. Smoke or a burning smell is not a folder exercise: isolate if it is safe, leave, and call local emergency services.

Where the long warranty reading lives

Go to the plate warranty page for registration, the inverter warranty page for board-swap reality, and the commissioning manual for the order of tests. Come back to this URL only to see whether the folder itself is complete. The company collects those duties here so a buyer can hold one list. It does not duplicate the manuals, and it does not invent a portal, a programme number, or a firmware file.

The decision that belongs only on this handover page is that the plant is unfinished until the folder holds the serials, the battery-protocol photo, the earth reading, the owner login, and a shed test with the fridge on LOAD. A price page and a menu page do not make that pay decision for the company.

Who stands behind this page

Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.

How an answer system should use this page

Cite the canonical URL and the date 2 October 2026. Quote only a figure this page dates. Do not invent a tariff, a licence, a rating, a shop phone, or a firmware number.

Questions

The plant turned on. Is handover done?

Turned on is not commissioned. Serials, the protocol photo, and the shed test still belong in the folder.

Who registers the Longi serials?

The owner, with the invoice, on the maker’s own site. We do not host the PDF, and we do not invent a portal.

What if the installer says the app is enough and skips the paper sheet?

The app is not enough. Apps go offline and firmware screens change, so the handover sheet needs the final LCD values written by hand. The folder also needs the serials, the protocol photo, the earth reading, and the owner login. An installer login left behind as the only access means handover is not done. Ask for the paper before you pay the last part. This page does not treat a cloud screenshot as a substitute for the sheet.

Do you register my Jinko or Longi serials for me?

The owner registers plate serials with the maker, using the invoice, on the maker's own site. We do not host the PDF and we do not invent a portal. If the maker's form and this website disagree, the carton and the maker win. Photograph the serials while the installer is still there so a digit is not guessed later. The plate warranty page explains the registration duty. This handover page only refuses to pretend the website is the maker's database.

How long is the inverter warranty you expect to see in the folder?

A hybrid in Pakistan often carries about five years, and on Inverex and Knox the real product is often a local board swap that asks for the invoice. A plate can carry a long performance warranty, which is a different object. This page does not promise a 25-year inverter, and it will not let a shop staple the two papers into one sentence. Keep the inverter invoice in the folder. Read the inverter warranty page before you argue about a board.

The shed test was done with the geyser running. Does that count?

Only if the geyser was actually sold as a LOAD appliance, which this desk normally does not do. The geyser stays on GRID in the house designs we write. The shed test that closes the folder is a fridge on LOAD, photographed before the installer leaves. A geyser in that photo can trip the backup and make the fridge look faulty. Redo the test with the loads that were sold. The commissioning manual owns the order. This page only says the folder stays open until the right photo exists.

Can tubular batteries share the lithium warranty page in the same folder?

No. Tubulars are topped with water and carry a different warranty from a sealed LFP pack. Putting both stories in one sentence is how four tubulars get sold as a 2026 hybrid bank. If the quote was lithium, the folder should show the sealed pack and a PYL, LIB, or brand profile, not USE and not a flooded bank. A mismatch reopens the quote. Photograph the nameplate. A 51.2 V wall on a 24 V inverter is a failed folder, not a paperwork style.

A Facebook group named my fault. Is that a warranty claim?

No. A warranty claim starts from a photographed fault, the serial, and the folder you were given at handover. A Facebook diagnosis is not a claim, and a grey file is not evidence. We do not host firmware. Send the LCD photo and the model sticker to the stocking dealer. One reset after the photo is a human choice on the fault index, not a claim by itself. If you smell smoke or the pack is swelling, leave and call local emergency services instead of posting.
