What Zarkaar Power refuses: six things we will not put on a quote.
ہم پتلا لوہے کا سٹینڈ، پرانا پرک پلیٹ، چھت پر عام تار، اور وہ بیٹری سیٹنگ قبول نہیں کرتے جو بی ایم ایس کو نظرانداز کرے۔
Key takeaways
- We refuse an on-grid-only plant on a feeder that sheds, unless the quote says the house goes dark.
- We refuse 16 SWG stands under 640–650 W modules.
- We refuse a PERC 540 W leftover described as latest Longi.
- We refuse four tubulars described as a 2026 hybrid bank.
- We refuse PVC cable on a roof.
- We refuse a shop phone or a DISCO fee we have not read from a source.
What replaces each refusal
| We refuse | We specify |
|---|---|
| On-grid string on a shedding house | Hybrid, with the night loads on LOAD |
| 16 SWG | 14 SWG L2, or L3/L4 when the roof is elevated |
| PERC 500–560 W as a new hybrid | Hi-MO X10 or Tiger Neo 3.0 |
| Osaka / Phoenix / AGS tubular bank for night AC | 51.2 V LFP, 5.12 kWh class |
| PVC “solar” cable | XLPO, 6 mm² on a 5–6 kW run |
| USE battery type | PYL, LIB, or the brand profile |

The studio page states the same refusals in short form. This page is the one you can hand to a shop. Pair it with the buyer checklist and the WhatsApp red flags.
Six things a quote from this desk will not carry
A quote from this desk names a current plate, a hybrid that matches the battery voltage, 14 SWG iron, XLPO on the roof, and a lithium profile on the LCD. The walk-away list is short enough to print and specific enough that a shop cannot talk over it. We refuse an on-grid-only plant on a feeder that sheds, unless the quote says the house goes dark on purpose. We refuse 16 SWG under a 640 to 650 W module. We refuse a PERC leftover described as the latest Longi. We refuse four tubulars described as a 2026 hybrid bank. We refuse PVC on the roof. We refuse a shop phone or a DISCO fee that is not on a sourced row.
USE on a lithium menu sits on the same list, because it ignores the BMS. Grey firmware sits on the same list, because it can brick the CAN table. A bridge from GRID to LOAD sits on the same list, because it can put voltage back on a dead street. This page does not moralise about those refusals. It names the class that is blocked and the class that replaces it, then it points at the guide that already owns the long version. Hand this page across a counter. Do not let a spoken discount delete a line.
16 SWG under a heavy plate is a walk-away on the quote
A module in the 640 to 650 W class is a heavy sheet of glass. Light 16 SWG iron under that glass is a bend and a lift risk on a Multan roof, and the risk is worse when the frame is elevated. This desk refuses 16 SWG in that job. The replacement is 14 SWG at L2, and L3 or L4 when the roof structure is lifted. The iron guide owns the comparison. This refusal page does not become a fabrication drawing, and it does not publish a bending recipe. If the shop sketch shows 16 SWG under a new large plate, the quote stops.
The same plain rule covers the roof cable. Ordinary PVC does not belong in the sun. The replacement class is XLPO, already named on the refusal table this page carries, and this article does not add a second cable-size chart. A shop that says the sheath is "solar cable" still has to show XLPO on the sheath. If the letters are PVC, the line comes off the quote. We also refuse to invent a breaker table in order to make the refusal look technical. The iron and the sheath are enough to inspect without a new ampere chart.
A PERC leftover is not the latest Longi
A PERC module around 540 W, or a 500 to 560 W leftover, can be an honest old plate if the cell type is written down. It is not the latest Longi, and a new hybrid quote from this desk skips it. The current conversation is a Hi-MO X10 or a Tiger Neo class plate, which is N-type, not a spoken upgrade of an older carton. The 545 W page is where a leftover can still be discussed with the cell type in writing. This refusal page only says the new quote will not wear that leftover as if it were current stock.
Read the cell type on the carton, not the adjective in the message. "Latest", "new lot", and "Longi type" are not cell types. If the carton and the website disagree, the carton wins. We do not fill in a model code the carton does not print. Pair this page with the buyer checklist and the WhatsApp red-flag page before you send a deposit. A red flag that survives those two readings is a reason to walk away, not a reason to ask the shop for a friendlier sentence.
Four tubulars are not a 2026 hybrid bank
Osaka, Phoenix, and AGS tubulars can be honest UPS batteries. Four of them in a string are still a flooded UPS bank. They are not a 51.2 V lithium pack, and they are not a 2026 hybrid bank for night backup measured in years. Tubulars are topped with water. A sealed LFP pack is a different object with a BMS in the conversation. Mixing those sentences is how a shop sells the wrong bank. The replacement on a hybrid quote is a 51.2 V LFP in the 5.12 kWh class, on PYL, LIB, or the brand profile.
A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter. The profile name does not change the voltage class. USE is refused on a lithium quote because the inverter then guesses, and the guess is how a pack is over-charged. This page does not publish a USE voltage table. If a carton mentions USE as a last resort, that instruction stays in the carton and stays off our LFP quotes. Custom charge voltages are refused for the same reason. The battery-type menu owns the screen. The LFP guide owns the daily routine.
An unsourced fee is not a price
We refuse a shop phone we have not read from a source, and we refuse a DISCO fee we have not read from a source. A circle-office number shouted in a chat is not a row on this site. A fee with no notice and no date is not a row either. The numbers page is where a rupee is allowed to appear, and only as a dated band. This refusal page does not invent a rupee to fill a gap, and it does not convert a band into a foreign currency. September 2026 street bands live on the prices page. No figure is copied onto this refusal.
Grey firmware is refused because it can brick the CAN table. This site does not host firmware and does not describe a download. A bridge between GRID and LOAD is refused because a dead street can be made live for a lineman. This page does not describe how anyone would build that bridge. On-grid-only equipment on a shedding house is refused unless the quote says, in words, that the house goes dark on purpose. The replacement is a hybrid with the night loads on LOAD. No slogan repairs a missing battery.
| Shop sentence | What you ask to see | Walk away if |
|---|---|---|
| Latest Longi | Cell type printed on the carton | It is PERC leftover sold as current |
| Hybrid bank | PYL, LIB, or the brand name, and the voltage class | Four tubulars, or USE on an LFP pack |
| Solar cable | XLPO on the sheath | The sheath says PVC |
| Night backup | A hybrid, and the night loads named on LOAD | On-grid only, and darkness was never written down |
| Strong iron | 14 SWG, or L3 or L4 if the frame is elevated | 16 SWG under a 640 to 650 W module |
The studio page can say the same refusals in shorter form. This URL is the one you can hand to a shop. It stays printable. It links the plate comparison, the iron comparison, the LFP page, the XLPO page, and the battery-type menu instead of rewriting them. Smoke or a burning smell is not a warranty debate: isolate if it is safe, leave, and call local emergency services. A swollen pack is a leave-the-room event, not a settings tip.
What this quote page decides
Read the matching guide after you read the refusal. Hybrid design lives on the hybrid page. Iron lives on the SWG comparison. Current plates live on the Hi-MO and Tiger comparison. The pack lives on the LFP page. The sheath lives on the XLPO page. The screen lives on the battery-type menu. The checklist and the red-flag page are the two readings you do before a deposit. If a brand page still needs a long essay, go there. Do not ask this URL to grow one.
The decision that belongs only on this refusal page is that a quote which still carries 16 SWG under a 640 to 650 W module, a PERC leftover described as the latest Longi, four tubulars described as a 2026 hybrid bank, PVC on the roof, or USE on a lithium menu is a quote this desk will not sign. That sentence is the walk-away test for this URL, and it is not the test a price page or a city page is for.

Questions
Is a tubular battery always wrong?
It is an honest UPS battery. It is the wrong bank when the quote promises hybrid night backup for years.
Can I still buy a 545 W plate?
As leftover stock, with the cell type written down. A new hybrid quote from us skips it. See the 545 W page.
Will you still quote an on-grid plant if I accept a dark house?
Only when the quote says, in plain words, that the house goes dark on purpose whenever the feeder sheds. Anti-islanding is the design of an on-grid string, not a fault to be patched later. If you actually need fans or a fridge at night, the replacement is a hybrid with those night loads on LOAD. We will not hide an on-grid plant inside hybrid language. Read the hybrid page before you treat darkness as a surprise.
What do I say when the shop calls 16 SWG stronger than it looks?
Ask them to write the gauge under a 640 to 650 W module. This desk refuses 16 SWG in that job. The replacement is 14 SWG at L2, and L3 or L4 when the frame is elevated. A verbal promise that the iron is thick does not replace the gauge on the paper. The iron comparison page owns the long version. If the sketch still says 16 SWG, do not pay for that stand and do not let it ride along under a new plate.
Why is USE a walk-away if the inverter manual mentions it?
USE tells the inverter to guess instead of listening to the BMS. That guess is how a lithium pack gets over-charged. If the carton offers USE as a last resort, the instruction stays in the carton and stays off our quotes for LFP. We do not publish a USE voltage table, and we do not type a custom charge voltage to be helpful. The profile we will sign is PYL, LIB, or the brand name the pairing sheet already allows. A running plant on USE is not an accepted handover.
Can grey firmware stay on the quote if the shop says it unlocks the battery?
No. Grey firmware is refused because it can brick the CAN table. This site does not host a firmware file and does not describe a download or a grey application. A battery that needs an unofficial file before it will speak is not a battery we will put on a quote. Use the profile the carton and the pack sheet already name. If the screen then shows CAN lost, the CAN guide is the next reading, not a file from a forum.
Is a bridged GRID and LOAD port ever a small emergency fix?
No. A bridge between those ports can put voltage back on a dead street, which is a danger to anyone working on the line. This desk refuses the bridge. This page will not describe how to make one, and it will not draw a transfer switch or a neutral bond to soften the refusal. Night backup is a hybrid with the chosen loads on LOAD, built before the outage, not a jumper invented in the dark. If you smell smoke, isolate if it is safe, leave, and call local emergency services.
The shop sent a DISCO fee and a mobile number. Should I pay from the chat?
Not from this website's authority. We refuse a shop phone or a DISCO fee that is not on a sourced row. A circle office can change a notice, and a number in a chat is not a notice. Ask the office, write the date beside whatever they tell you, and keep their paper. This refusal page does not invent the fee and does not print a phone we have not read. The numbers page is where a rupee on this site is allowed to wear a month.
