Pay for Multan solar from the Gulf on one ticket
The buyer is in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Doha, or Kuwait City. The roof, the shed, the LCD, and the bill are in Multan or another Pakistani city. That split is the whole product. Families who skip the split read us as a fake international installer. We would rather lose the enquiry than blur it.
What you send
Send the latest bill, photos of the roof from the south and from above if you can, the hours the feeder sheds, the loads that must stay on, the name of the person who will open the gate, and the name of the person who will pay. A single-line drawing helps if one exists. A floor plan of a Dubai villa does not replace those items.

The plant is still the Pakistan plant
The default is ten 645 W N-type modules, a 6 kW IP65 hybrid, one 5.12 kWh pack at 51.2 V, 14 SWG, and XLPO. Night air-conditioning is a second pack. A 24 V Yukon does not receive that wall pack, even if the person paying has only seen the wall in a photo. USE stays off the menu. Feed-in stays off until the bidirectional meter is on that house.
The file
For a Multan bill the utility is MEPCO. New files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026. Export is not the reason to buy. The calculator's Rs 11 per kWh is a working rate inside our calculators, not a promise that a Gulf salary converts into a Pakistani credit. Read the Multan file page. We do not invent a MEPCO fee.
Heat

What we will not file
DEWA, ADDC or TAQA, SEWA, Saudi Electricity Company, KAHRAMAA, and Kuwait's ministry are real authorities. We name them on the explain-only pages when we have opened their sites that week. We do not march into those portals as the contractor. We do not own those licence numbers. A Pakistani hybrid is not described as approved equipment for those utilities. Fifty hertz is not an approval.
Where the boundary is written
Read where we work and the diaspora desk. The UK, US, and Canada family pages use the same ticket shape and name different cities. They must not leak G98 or a US tax percentage onto this Gulf page. This page must not leak a dirham price onto theirs.
Safety does not change because the payer is abroad
We still refuse a bridge between GRID and LOAD, grey firmware, USE on lithium, 16 SWG under a heavy module, and PVC on the roof. A parent in the house should not be talked through a live connector on a video call. Photograph the screen and wait for a visit if the house is in range.
How to start
Open contact or message the desk. If you only wanted to understand a Gulf roof, start at the Gulf hub instead of this ticket. If the roof is in Cantt, DHA, or a South Punjab town, say the town. The city pages stay canonical. This URL does not clone them for a buyer who happens to live in Dubai.
A ticket we can price the same week
A useful message names the town, attaches the bill, and lists the night loads in plain words: fans only, fans plus a fridge, or one 1.5-ton after sunset. It says who will be at the gate on a survey morning. It does not need a dirham budget, a screenshot of a Dubai tariff, or a demand that we match a shop's unnamed "10 kW hybrid" sticker. If the house is in Gulgasht, say Gulgasht. If it is a farm outside Shujabad, say that, because the cold store and the tube well are different jobs from the house.
We answer with a rupee range dated to the month, or with a refusal. We do not answer with a ranking, a star score, or a promise that a society office will sign. September 2026 bands stay on the prices page until the month changes. A same-week visit is for Multan and the nearby belt. A Gulf caller books that visit. A Gulf caller does not book a crew for the emirate. That sentence is the service.
What the parents should not be asked to do
A video call is a bad place to open a connector, reseat a battery plug, or try a menu the carton does not explain. Ask the person at the house to photograph the LCD, the isolators, and the bill, then wait. If the house is in Multan or the belt the desk can drive, the visit is the next step. If the house is outside that belt, this page still does not recruit a Gulf contractor, and it does not hand the parents a procedure. No. The quote stays in Pakistani rupees. We do not publish a foreign price list.
Will you install on my Dubai villa?
No. We explain Gulf rules only when we can cite the utility. We do not hold a DEWA or SEWA licence. A local contractor signs that roof.
Who visits the house?
The Multan desk, when the house is in the belt we can drive. A foreign roof does not get a visit.
What should I send?

Is the hardware different because I live in the Gulf?
