A factory, a house, one AC, and four fans are four different systems.
Same plates. Completely different inverter, battery, and iron. Pick the job, then size — do not buy a “5 kW package” and hope it fits.

Four honest starting points.
Family house / shop-house
Default 6 kW hybrid: 10 × 645 W, IP65 inverter, 5–10 kWh LFP. Fridge, fans, lights, one AC on backup. Net-billing only if you actually export.
Band Rs 1.7–2.5 million · 3-marla to 10-marla roof
Mill, factory, warehouse, cold room
15–100 kW+ three-phase. Day motors match PV. Battery only for PLC / night shift. On-grid if a generator already covers shed; hybrid if production cannot stop.

Single 1.0 / 1.5 ton AC
Day AC is ~3.5 kW PV. Night AC in load-shedding is a battery problem, not a plate problem. Two 5 kWh LFP packs, not a 12 V “AC kit”.

Fans + lights only
Four ceiling fans are ~300 W. Two 645 W plates cover the day. Night shed needs a small LFP, not a 6 kW hybrid. Bazaar 12 V DC fan kits are a different product.

The rule
Do not mix jobs on one WhatsApp SKU.
Fans are not a house
A fan kit will not run a fridge compressor or an AC. If you might add those later, start at home hybrid, not a 12 V UPS.
One AC is not 6 kW
Daytime 1.5-ton is ~3.5 kW PV. Night 1.5-ton is ~10 kWh usable LFP. Shops selling “AC solar” as two plates + tubular are lying about hours.
A mill is not a big house
Three-phase, VFD, sanctioned load, generator ATS. Stacking 6 kW 1-phase hybrids on a 40 kW mill is how boards burn.
