Shop · clinic · office

A shop is a day-load goldmine. A clinic is a fridge and lights that cannot die.

Between home hybrid and mill C&I. Competitors dump both into “commercial.” We split them.

Rent vs own

Net-billing needs roof title. A rented shop can still do off-grid / hybrid without a DISCO file. Do not promise a green meter on a landlord’s roof without a NOC.

Single-phase ceiling

Many shops are still 1-phase. 10 kW hybrid 1P is the usual cap before we talk 3-phase upgrade with the DISCO — that is their demand notice, not ours.
