Load + roof
Run the calculators, then a site visit: parapet, tanks, shade, existing earth, DB photos.

BOM
Current plate SKU (X10 / Tiger Neo 3.0 / volume N-type), hybrid IP65, LFP 5 kWh default, 14 SWG iron, XLPO, SPD, labour. You see the same numbers as the website.

Backup split
Essential vs non-essential circuits. Hybrid backup port is not the whole house unless we sized it that way.

Install
14 SWG iron, XLPO, labelled isolators, earth test, inverter firmware, battery CAN.

Commission
String Voc, Isc, clamp torque, Wi-Fi dongle, customer walkthrough of backup vs grid.

Net-billing
Only if you want it. DISCO file, green meter on their demand notice, PPIB installer if the size needs it. Filing guide.

Handover + O&M
App login, serials, backup vs non-backup walkthrough, wash schedule. Warranty and cleaning.
