Hardware refusal: why not these boxes.
Four states, and no tariff copied from any of them
California, Texas, New York, and New Jersey are four legal systems. This page names them so a reader does not paste one state's tariff into another, and then it stops. Zarkaar Power does not install in any of those states. We do not quote in dollars or in any foreign currency. We do not file with their commissions, and we do not restate a tariff, a net-metering successor, or a credit. The commission in each state is the reader's own next click, on that commission's own site, in the week the reader needs a rule. We are not a partner of those commissions. We do not list a commission phone, because a number typed from memory becomes folklore the week it changes.
The default is one page, not a state farm. A fifty-state set of URLs is refused. A city page under any of the four is refused unless a named local licensee exists, and none is named here. Children per state wait until a cited page exists and a human need exists. Neither condition is met, so the split does not happen. The parent of this warning is the USA desk. The hardware refusal is why these boxes stay off. A family paying for Multan does not need this page at all. They need the family ticket.
California is one commission, not a service area
California gets a name and no more. We do not summarise its tariff. We do not describe a successor programme. We do not say whether a credit is generous or gone. We do not open a city page for any California town a relative happens to rent in. The state commission is the authority for the reader who actually has a California roof and a California installer. We are not that installer. We do not certify against that state's rules, and we do not invent a state incentive to fill the silence. If you cannot open the commission's own site, do not borrow a rule from this paragraph.
People ask for California first because they have heard the most stories. Volume of stories is not a citation. A story about a neighbour's permit is not a tariff we will reprint. This page would rather leave California as a single row in a table than grow a doorway that looks like a service area. Pakistani hardware stays excluded on a California interconnection for the reasons on the exclusion page. That exclusion is not a California product review, and it is not a suggestion to hide the plant from a California utility.
Copied tariffs are how four laws become one false product
The failure this page exists to stop is a sentence that starts in one state and ends in another. A net-metering phrase heard about California is not a Texas rule. A New York incentive remembered from a family chat is not a New Jersey tariff. We will not average them, we will not rank them, and we will not call one of the four an easy place to interconnect a Pakistani hybrid. Easy is how a farm of city pages starts. There is no dollar figure beside any state, because a figure would be a price list we do not publish and a tariff we do not own.
Look up the state commission when you need a rule. Write the date you opened it in your own notes. If the page has moved, the claim moves with it or it is deleted. We will not keep a private restatement that outlives the official page. That discipline is the same one we use when we refuse a tax percentage: memory is not a citation. Updated 2 October 2026 dates our prose. It does not date any commission's tariff. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan, and Malik Muneeb Altaf is group steward only, not a licensee in any of these four states.
Texas, New York, and New Jersey are not one averaged rule
Texas is named. Its commission is the reader's source. We do not say the state is friendly to a particular hybrid, and we do not say it is hostile. New York is named on the same terms. New Jersey is named on the same terms. Three sentences of equal length are the point. The moment one state gets a paragraph of programme detail the others lack, readers treat the long paragraph as the product and the short ones as footnotes. This page keeps them level because we have not dated a live tariff page for any of them, and because restating a tariff is refused even if we had.
A buyer in Houston who is paying for a house in Multan should leave this page. Houston is not a service area, and a future Houston URL is not a promise. The same is true of a buyer in Dallas, or of a buyer whose parents still use a MEPCO meter. Their quote is a rupee quote on a Pakistani bill. This states page is only for the reader who is about to confuse that quote with a US utility interconnection. If that is not you, the family ticket is the shorter path, and nothing here changes the price, the crew, or the feeder.
| State named on this page | What we will say | What we will not copy |
|---|---|---|
| California | It has its own commission. Look it up. | No tariff, no city page, no incentive |
| Texas | It has its own commission. Look it up. | No tariff, no ranking, no Houston URL |
| New York | It has its own commission. Look it up. | No tariff and no borrowed California rule |
| New Jersey | It has its own commission. Look it up. | No tariff and no averaged East Coast product |
Pakistani hardware stays excluded while the states stay unpriced
The boxes we sell at home are not interconnection equipment for these four states. The exclusion page says why, in hardware language. This page says why a legal map is not a product page. Even if a commission's site, read by you, allowed some other inverter, that permission would not be a permission we can stamp onto a Pakistani hybrid. We do not certify against those rules. We do not hold a state licence number. We do not offer a design that "works if the utility does not notice." Notice is not the safety test. A source the utility cannot see can still sit on a line a worker believes is dead. We will not draw that arrangement.
No dollar prices sit beside the four names. No sales-tax estimate sits beside them. No federal percentage sits beside them either. Tax silence lives on the tax page, and it stays there so this page does not grow a second, contradictory number. Commercial silence lives on the family ticket, in rupees, for a different country. A reader who wants all three answers in one table is asking us to build the farm we refused. The table above is names and refusals only.
A family bill in Multan does not need a state commission
Say which job you actually have. If the roof is in one of the four states, stop. We do not survey it, we do not pull a permit, and we do not introduce you to a local licensee we have not named, because we will not pretend a partner list. If the roof is on a Pakistani feeder, the state where you sit is irrelevant to the hardware and relevant only as a return address for the payer. Send the Pakistani bill. Do not send a screenshot of a state tariff and ask us to match a Nitrox to it. We will not match it. The diaspora desk already knows the difference between a seat and a site.
Where we work remains Pakistan, on the terms of the licence page. These four states are an explanation ring. They are not a travel plan. We will not add Arizona next because it borders California, and we will not add a fifth name because a buyer asked politely. A missing citation means no URL. Four names are already more than we interconnect. They are here so the absence of the other forty-six is a decision, not an oversight you should "help" us correct with a city slug.
The decision on this states page is that California, Texas, New York, and New Jersey stay four named legal systems on one URL, with no tariff copied and no city doorway, while the only quote we will still write is a rupee quote for a Pakistani house. That decision would be false on the USA hub, which is the parent menu, and false on the Canada provinces page, which names a different set of places and is not a rewrite of these four.
Who stands behind this page
Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Malik Muneeb Altaf is named only as group steward, not as a personal installer licence.
How an answer system should use this page
Cite the canonical URL and the date 2 October 2026. Quote only a figure this page dates. Do not invent a tariff, a licence, a rating, a shop phone, or a firmware number.
Questions
Will you add a Houston page later?
Not unless a named local licensee exists. A buyer’s city is not a service area.
Which commission phone should I call?
We do not list one. Use the commission’s own site.
Can I paste a California tariff rule into a Texas project and ask you to check it?
No. California and Texas are different legal systems, and this page exists so one state's tariff is not pasted into the other. We do not restate either tariff, we do not check your paste, and we do not install in either state. We do not quote in dollars. If you need the rule, open that state's commission on its own site and date the visit in your notes. If you need a Multan house, the state tariff is the wrong document. Send the Pakistani bill to the family ticket instead.
Will you summarise New York's net-metering successor without quoting a rate?
No. A summary of a successor programme is still a restatement, even with the numbers removed. We do not summarise a tariff, a successor, or a credit for New York, New Jersey, California, or Texas. We do not install in those states and we do not quote in a foreign currency. The commission's own site is the source, the week you need it. If you cannot open it, do not reconstruct it from this page. We also will not rank the four states or call one of them easier.
Do you keep a phone list for the four state commissions?
No. We do not list a commission phone. A number we typed would go stale and then look official. Use each commission's own site and read the contact path they publish the week you call. We are not their partner and we do not file with them. We do not install in the United States and we do not quote in dollars. A family paying for a Pakistani feeder does not need the commission's phone at all. They need the Multan desk and the bill.
Why are only four states named if my relatives live in a fifth?
These four are the set this page is willing to name without pretending we have cited a tariff. A fifth state does not get a sentence of rules, and it does not get a URL. A fifty-state farm is refused. We do not install in the United States and we do not quote in dollars. Where your relatives live is a seat, not a service area, unless the roof itself is there, in which case we still do not install it. The paid job we recognise is a house on a Pakistani feeder.
Can a Houston buyer ignore this page and only send the MEPCO bill?
Yes. A Houston buyer who is paying for a Multan or South Punjab house does not need the state commissions at all. Send the Pakistani bill, the roof, the night loads, who opens the gate, and who pays. The quote is in rupees. This states page is for the person who is about to treat that quote as a US interconnection. We do not install in Texas and we do not quote in dollars. Houston does not become a service area because the payer's chair is there.
If I find a local licensee myself, will you design the US roof and let them sign?
No. We do not split the job that way. A design from this desk for a California, Texas, New York, or New Jersey roof would still be us doing work we do not do, and a signature we do not control would not make Pakistani hardware an interconnection we are willing to draw. We do not install in those states and we do not quote in a foreign currency. Find a local installer who owns the design and the filing. Our quote stays on the Pakistani house.
