Multan mills and Vehari Road solar: day motors belong on PV. A battery is not the default.
دن کی موٹریں دھوپ پر چلتی ہیں۔ رات کی بیٹری اس کام کی ڈیفالٹ نہیں۔
Key takeaways
- We refuse a house 6 kW as the mill inverter.
- Battery kWh is for a cold room or a night line that you have written down.
- Phase loss is photographed on all three phases before anyone resets the box.
- Export limit and zero-export stay on the installer menu.
The national mill page is industry. This page is the Multan roof: ginning and Vehari Road loads that run while the sun is up. MDI and sanctioned load decide the file. See MDI and three-phase.
| Load | Box | Battery |
|---|---|---|
| Mill office, lights, one AC | Nitrox 12 kW three-phase hybrid if the supply is three-phase | One or two 5.12 kWh packs, identical |
| Day motors | On-grid string sized to the daytime kW | None, unless a named night load exists |
| Factory string | Sungrow class. Quote only. | Not a wall of house packs |
VFDs on the same board need a harmonics conversation. See harmonics and VFD. We do not publish a rupee-per-watt for 100 kW. September 2026 house bands stay on prices.
Day motors on Vehari Road belong on PV, and a battery is not the default
Multan's industrial edge, including Vehari Road gins and small mills, uses power while the sun is up. Motors, fans, and a weighbridge do not justify a domestic night battery on the motor bus. The office and a computer can sit on a small hybrid. The mill bus sits on a three-phase on-grid string if the owner accepts darkness when the feeder sheds, or it waits for a file and a real interval log. We refuse a house 6 kW hybrid as the mill inverter. That box is the wrong machine to paste onto a gin because it was built for a living room. The national page is industry. This URL is the Multan roof. The belt note for ginning is south Punjab gins. The city introduction stays on Multan.
Match daytime motors to the array. A Nitrox 12 kW three-phase hybrid is the conversation for a large house or a mill office when the supply is already three-phase. The model home for that box is Nitrox three-phase. One or two 5.12 kWh packs, identical to each other, can cover that office night. A 50 to 100 kW Nitrox on-grid string, or a Sungrow-class factory string, is a quotation. It is not a catalogue price, and it goes dark in shed. Anti-islanding is why. Read dies in shed before anyone asks the string to stay up. Sungrow stays in its class. It is not a wall of house packs stacked until the number looks industrial.
The office stack stops at the office door
Lights, a computer, and one air-conditioner in the mill office are a hybrid problem. The motor hall is not. Putting the office pack on the motor bus is how a start current empties a wall that was bought for a router and a fan. Battery kilowatt-hours are for a cold room or a night line that has been written down and priced. If that sentence is missing, the battery is missing. Day motors get PV sized to the daytime kilowatts, and they get no pack. The on-grid page is the topology. We do not publish a rupee-per-watt for 100 kW. September 2026 house bands stay on prices, and no house figure is copied here to decorate a mill quote.
MDI is the trap on these roofs. A plant that shaves the daytime energy bill can still leave a demand spike if the largest motor starts while the inverter is limited. The bill then shows a demand the owner thought solar had retired. Say that before the deposit. The arithmetic lives on MDI and solar. Sanctioned load still decides the file. Three-phase supply is a fact you read on the service, not a badge you add because the yard looks busy. We do not publish a client name to make the yard sound famous.
Phase loss on a Multan mill is a stop, not a menu trick
Photograph all three phases before anyone resets the box. A missing leg is not cured by a restart, and it is not a house LCD fault with a friendlier name. The note is phase loss. If one phase has collapsed, the motors and the inverter both need that fact written down. We do not publish a reset recipe. The owner sends the three readings and waits. A bridged GRID and LOAD port can put voltage back on a dead street. We refuse that jumper on a mill as firmly as on a house. People working on the feeder cannot tell that a roof is still feeding the line.
Old motors on the same board as electronics are a harmonics conversation, not a hope that the hybrid will ignore the noise. Keep the backup distribution board and the motor distribution board apart. The guide is harmonics and VFD. This page does not design a filter and does not list a component value. It only refuses to land sensitive office load and a large motor start on one bus because someone wanted a single lineup on the wall. Variable-speed drives, where they already exist, stay in that conversation. They do not become a reason to borrow the house menu.
Export stays off until a mill file exists
Many of these sites want zero-export on purpose. The surplus is not a product they have decided to sell, and the meter may not be able to see it. Export limit and zero-export stay on the installer menu. The owner menu does not receive the grid code. We will write one sentence the owner can read: export is off until a real file exists. We will not hand over a menu path that lets the next visitor turn export on to see what happens. New Pakistani files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026 where a new file is actually being opened. A mill that has chosen zero-export has not opened that door. We do not quote a DISCO fee either way.
The carton on the office hybrid and the DISCO bill beat this website. If the supply is not three-phase, the 12 kW three-phase box is the wrong sentence. If the night load was never written, the pack count is zero on the motor bus. Phone and WhatsApp at the Multan desk are 0300 0465810. Mail is info@zarkaarpower.com. The page was updated on 2 October 2026. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Malik Muneeb Altaf is group steward only, not an installer licence, and that name is not a mill approval. This page does not promise a drive to the gin.
| Vehari Road load | Machine | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Mill office, lights, one air-conditioner | Nitrox 12 kW three-phase hybrid if the supply is three-phase | One or two identical 5.12 kWh packs |
| Day motors, fans, weighbridge | On-grid string sized to the daytime kilowatts | None, unless a named night load is written and priced |
| Factory string in the Sungrow class | Quotation only | Not a wall of house packs |
| Largest motor starting under a limited inverter | MDI still exists | A battery does not erase a demand spike |
A house 6 kW stack is the wrong default on a gin
The house stack is ten 645 W modules, a 6 kW hybrid, and one pack, and it belongs in a house. Pasting it onto a gin because the visit feels shorter is how the motor hall inherits a living-room menu. USE is refused as a battery-type setting on the office pack. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter that happened to be in the store. Four tubulars are not the office bank. Sixteen SWG is refused under a 640 to 650 W module if the office roof carries that class. PVC is refused on that roof. XLPO and 14 SWG are the house rules, and they do not turn the mill bus into a house. The generator, if one sits in the yard, stays outdoors. We do not draw a changeover that can back-feed a dead lateral.
Darkness in shed is the honest sentence for an on-grid string. Night motors need a design, not a hope that the afternoon plant will keep turning after the feeder opens. If the owner cannot accept that darkness, the job waits. It does not get a secret bridge. Smoke or a burning smell from a panel means isolate if safe, leave, and call local emergency services. We do not teach a way to keep the mill running through that smell.
What this Multan mill URL decides, and what it leaves alone
Interval logs beat a story about a busy season. If the owner cannot say which motors run in the sun and which, if any, run after dusk, we do not invent the missing hours. A cold room with a written night kilowatt-hour figure can have storage. A weighbridge that sleeps at night cannot. The prices page remains the only place for house bands. This page has no star rating and no client logo.
The decision on this Multan mills and Vehari Road URL is that daytime motors sit on PV without a house battery, a 6 kW house hybrid is refused as the mill inverter, and a 50 to 100 kW string is a quotation that goes dark in shed. That decision is false for a Gulgasht living room, false for a pharmacy fridge, and false for a bazaar shop swapping a tired board. The industry page stays the national canonical. This URL is only the Multan roof.
Who stands behind this page
Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp 0300 0465810. Email info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. The carton in your hand and the DISCO bill beat this website. We do not claim an MCS, NABCEP, DEWA, or DISCO licence. Questions
Will the 100 kW plant run the mill in shed?
An on-grid string stops when the feeder stops. That is anti-islanding. Night motors need a design, not a hope.
Can the owner change the export limit?
That menu is the installer’s. The owner menu does not get the grid code.
Why can solar cut a gin's units and still leave a high MDI?
Energy and demand are different lines on an industrial bill. Modules can cover kilowatt-hours while the sun is on the roof and still be limited at the moment the largest motor starts. That start is a spike. If the inverter is already at its cap, the spike comes from the feeder and the demand charge notices it. The MDI guide is where that arithmetic lives. This page only refuses to promise that a daytime array retires the demand. Bring an interval picture of the big motor, or accept that the spike remains a design fact rather than a surprise after the first bill.
What is the office allowed to keep through a shed?
Lights, a computer, and one air-conditioner can sit on a Nitrox 12 kW three-phase hybrid when the supply is already three-phase, with one or two identical 5.12 kWh packs. That stack stops at the office door. It is not the motor bus, and it is not a 6 kW house hybrid renamed because the office is small. If the supply is not three-phase, the twelve-kilowatt three-phase sentence is wrong and we say so. The night has to be written. An unnamed night hall does not inherit the office packs.
How should phase loss be shown before anyone touches the mill box?
Photograph the voltage on all three phases and leave the box alone. A missing leg is a stop. Resetting the inverter to clear the alarm hides the reading the electrician needs and can start a motor on a damaged supply. We do not publish a reset sequence and we do not call phase loss a house screen fault. Send the three pictures. The same stop applies if someone suggests joining the grid port to the load port so a dead street stays energised from the roof. That join is refused on a mill exactly as it is refused on a house.
Can the motor hall and the backup board share one lineup?
We keep them apart. Old motors and variable-speed drives are a harmonics problem for electronics that were meant to ride through a shed. The backup board holds the office loads that were named. The motor board holds the motors. Joining them so the wall looks like one product pushes start current and electrical noise onto the pack and the office. The harmonics guide is the longer note. This page does not specify a filter part and does not pretend the hybrid menu can ignore the noise. Separation is the design.
What does zero-export mean in a sentence an owner can keep?
It means the plant is set so it does not push surplus onto the feeder, and the installer holds that setting. Many Vehari Road sites want exactly that because there is no file and no meter arranged to see export. The owner should be able to read the sentence on the handover. The owner should not receive the grid-code menu. New files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026 only when a new file is actually opened. Choosing zero-export is not that file. We do not quote a fee and we do not publish a rupee-per-watt for a hundred-kilowatt string.
Is a Sungrow-class factory string something this page will price in rupees?
No. A Sungrow-class factory string, like a Nitrox on-grid string in the 50 to 100 kW range, is a quotation built from the daytime load and the service. This page names the class and refuses a house-pack wall as a substitute. It does not print a rupee-per-watt, a client name, or a street-band figure from the house prices page. The string goes dark when the feeder goes dark. If that sentence is unacceptable, the quotation stops. Darkness is anti-islanding, not a defect we clear from a chair in Multan.
