Wind and iron come before wattage on the bypass.
بائی پاس پر ہوا اور فریم پہلے آتے ہیں۔ پتلی چادر ہم نہیں لگاتے۔
Key takeaways
- We refuse 16 SWG under a 640–650 W module.
- Structure movement shows up later as an intermittent isolation fault.
- Torque marks belong on the handover sheet, not in an LCD menu.
- A longer distribution line is a voltage conversation, not a reason to boost the inverter.
Read wind load, L2, L3, L4, 14 SWG versus 16 SWG, Comfort, and Alpha. The September 2026 Comfort L2 kit band lives on prices.
| Roof | Iron |
|---|---|
| Flush RCC, 645 W | 14 SWG L2 |
| Lifted array | Alpha L3 or L4, with the rail rating in the quote |
| Salt air | Aluminium only with a spec. Multan bypass is not the coast. |
If isolation faults come and go after a dust storm, look at movement and wet joints in PV isolation before you replace the inverter.
Iron on the Northern Bypass comes before wattage
The Northern Bypass, Suraj Miani, and Sher Shah are edge-of-city plots. Roofs are newer than Cantt. Wind has more fetch. Distribution lines are longer. Wattage is the third question. Wind load is the first, and the choice between an L2 rail and an L3 or L4 frame is the second. We do not publish a wind-speed number. If you have opened a building-code clause and can cite it, bring that clause. If you cannot, the number stays off the quote. Inventing a speed so the proposal looks engineered is refused. The guides are wind load and L2, L3, L4. This URL is the bypass decision. It does not invent a new derate, and it does not rewrite those guides with a road name added.
The default module is still the 645 W class. On a flush reinforced roof that module sits on Comfort L2 in 14 SWG. Read Comfort and 14 SWG versus 16 SWG. Sixteen SWG under a module in the 640 to 650 W class is refused, including here, where someone will say the plot feels open and the span looks short. A short-looking span does not change the gauge we sign. When the array is lifted off the slab, the frame is Alpha L3 or L4, with the rail rating written in the quote. Alpha is that note. Aluminium is for salt air or for a written specification. It is not a fashion upgrade on a dry bypass plot. This bypass is not the coast.
Fetch at Suraj Miani and Sher Shah
Edge plots do not have a row of tall houses breaking the wind the way an inner lane does. A frame that was casual on a courtyard roof can work loose here, and the looseness shows up later rather than on the first afternoon. Structure movement becomes an intermittent isolation fault. The alarm comes and goes. The owner replaces the inverter. The rail was the part that moved. Read PV isolation and look at movement and wet joints before a new power stage is ordered. Torque marks belong on the handover sheet. They are not an LCD menu and they are not a value the owner turns up after a dust storm.
PVC as the roof cable protection is refused in this heat. XLPO is what we sign for the roof run. The pack, if the building is a house, stays indoors. The inverter is a 6 kW IP65 hybrid on a shaded wall with air when the night is a house night. Ten 645 W modules are a roof question answered after the iron, not before. Four fans are about 300 W and do not set the gauge. USE is refused if a battery is part of the house ticket. A 51.2 V wall does not go on a 24 V inverter. Four tubulars are not the bank. None of those electrical refusals pick L2 versus L4. The lift and the wind do that.
Comfort L2 or an Alpha lift, written as iron rather than as a badge
Flush slab, 645 W class, 14 SWG L2. That is the ordinary bypass house when the modules sit down on the roof. A lifted array, a high parapet stand, or a frame that catches more wind moves to Alpha L3 or L4, and the quote names the rating instead of the word strong. The September 2026 Comfort L2 kit band lives on prices. No rupee figure is copied onto this page. The structure family in general is structure. We are not opening a third brand to sound thorough. Comfort and Alpha are the iron this desk will name here. A gauge a shop calls close enough is not close enough under a 640 to 650 W module.
Handover lists the frame, the gauge, and the fact that torque was marked. It does not list a wind speed we invented. It does not list a derate that this page made up to sound local. Heat is still Multan heat, and the heat page elsewhere can speak for temperature. This URL refuses a bypass-only factor. If isolation faults start after dust and wind, the first photographs are the rail, the feet, and the joints, not a screenshot of a battery type. Closed loop remains the battery rule when a pack exists. It is not a structural setting.
A longer distribution line is not a reason to boost
Lines at the edge of the city run farther. Voltage at the house can sag when the lateral is loaded. That is a voltage conversation. It is not a reason to raise the inverter's acceptance of a bad volt. The screen notes are low voltage cut and grid relay. APL remains the range. We do not publish a boost, and we do not pretend the frame's strength repairs a thin wire. Copper and the supply are the supply's problem. Iron is the roof's problem. Mixing the two sentences is how a quote grows a fake feature.
The desk is in Multan. Phone and WhatsApp are 0300 0465810. Email is info@zarkaarpower.com. Updated 2 October 2026. Zarkaar Power is the solar desk of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Multan. Malik Muneeb Altaf is group steward only, not an installer licence, and he does not certify a wind figure. This page does not promise a drive to Sher Shah. Send photographs of the roof height, whether the array will be lifted, and the bill. The carton and the bill beat any gauge a chat message remembers.
| Bypass roof | Iron we will sign |
|---|---|
| Flush reinforced slab, 645 W class | Comfort L2 in 14 SWG |
| Lifted array | Alpha L3 or L4, rail rating written in the quote |
| 16 SWG offered under a 640 to 650 W module | Refused, including on a short-looking span |
| Aluminium asked for as a fashion upgrade | Refused. Salt air or a written spec only. This bypass is not the coast |
What moves in the wind, and what we will not draw
A loose foot becomes a rubbed cable, a rubbed cable becomes an intermittent isolation alarm, and the alarm is then blamed on the hybrid. The order of that failure is why torque is on the paper the owner keeps, not in a menu the next person can change. We do not publish a tightening sequence and we do not publish a wind map. We say the frame class out loud and we refuse the thin gauge. After a dust storm, photograph the structure before you photograph a replacement inverter. Wet joints still matter. Movement and water together are a common pair on an open plot.
New Pakistani files after 9 February 2026 are net-billing under SRO 251(I)/2026 when a new file is opened. The frame does not decide the file. Export stays off until the paper exists. We do not quote a DISCO fee. A house night of fans is still one pack. The iron pages do not enlarge the battery. Smoke or a burning smell at the roof joint means isolate if safe, leave, and call local emergency services. Do not climb a windy frame to keep producing.
The bypass decision the city page does not make
Ask whether the array is flush or lifted, then name Comfort L2 or Alpha L3 or L4, then talk about wattage. A longer lateral is a voltage fact, not a boost. Aluminium waits for salt or a specification this dry edge does not have. The prices page holds the kit band. This page holds the order of questions.
The decision on this Northern Bypass, Suraj Miani, and Sher Shah URL is that wind and 14 SWG iron come before wattage, 16 SWG under a 640 to 650 W module is refused, and no wind-speed number is invented. That decision is false for a Mumtazabad title dispute, false for a Vehari bazaar board swap, and false for a tube-well VFD. National wind and structure guides stay canonical. This URL is only the bypass.

Questions
What wind speed should I design to?
We do not invent one. Open the building-code clause you are using, or leave the number off the quote.
Is PVC conduit on the roof acceptable?
We refuse PVC as the roof cable protection in this heat.
Why is wattage the third question on a bypass plot?
Because an edge roof at Suraj Miani, Sher Shah, or along the Northern Bypass sees more wind than an inner courtyard, and a lifted frame sees more of it than a flush slab. The rail class and the gauge decide whether the array stays put. A 645 W module on the wrong iron is a future isolation fault, not a bargain. Comfort L2 in 14 SWG is the flush default. Alpha L3 or L4 is the lift. Sixteen SWG is refused under that module class even when the span looks short. Only after that iron is named does the plate count matter. A wind-speed figure is not invented to decorate the quote.
When is aluminium actually allowed on this dry edge?
When the air is salty, which this bypass is not, or when a written specification asks for aluminium and can be shown. A catalogue upgrade, a shinier finish, or a claim that aluminium looks more modern is not a specification. We will not add it to sound premium. The ordinary signable iron is Comfort L2 in 14 SWG on a flush 645 W roof, or Alpha L3 or L4 when the array is lifted, with the rail rating in the quote. The prices page holds the Comfort L2 kit band. This page copies no rupee figure from that band.
What should be photographed when isolation faults start after wind?
The feet, the rail, the torque marks if they were made, and any joint that can move or sit in water. An intermittent alarm after a dust storm is often structure movement or a wet fitting, and the inverter is the messenger. Replacing the power stage first misses the fault. The owner does not open a live connector to inspect it. Photograph and stop. Torque itself is a handover fact, not a number in an LCD menu and not something to increase from the app after the storm. If there is smoke, isolate only if safe, leave, and call local emergency services.
Can the inverter be set hotter, electrically, because the line is long?
No. A longer distribution line is a voltage conversation. APL stays the range. We do not raise a limit so the hybrid tolerates a sagging lateral, and we do not pretend a stronger frame repairs thin copper. Low-voltage cut and grid-relay notes describe what the screen does. They are not permission to boost. The roof question remains iron. The supply question remains the supply. Mixing them produces a quote with a fake feature and a loose array. Export, separately, stays off until a real file exists. We do not quote a fee for that file.
Does a bypass house get a different battery rule because the plot is open?
No. Open fetch changes the frame. It does not change the pack. A house night of fans, about 300 W for four of them, is still one 5.12 kWh pack at 51.2 V on a 6 kW IP65 hybrid if that is the load and the bill agrees. Night air-conditioning is still a second pack. USE is still refused. A 51.2 V wall still does not go on a 24 V inverter. Four tubulars are still not the bank. The pack stays indoors. PVC is still refused on the roof. XLPO is still the roof cable. The derate is not reinvented for this road.
Who is allowed to write a wind speed on the quotation?
Only someone who has opened a building-code clause and can cite it. We will not invent a number because a client asked for something that looks calculated. If the clause is not on the table, the quote names the frame class and the gauge and leaves the speed off. Malik Muneeb Altaf is group steward only, not an installer licence, and his name is not a wind approval. National wind-load and structure pages stay canonical. This URL only puts those rules on the Northern Bypass, Suraj Miani, and Sher Shah, where fetch and longer lines are the local facts.
