Fronius Primo, Symo, and GEN24 are a different aisle from Fronus and from the Pakistani hybrid shelf. They are named on this page because buyers mix the badges. The canonical home is Fronius. The other spelling, the budget hybrid, is Fronus. Quote Primo or Symo only for an owner who accepts a dark shed. Mention GEN24 backup only when that exact model is printed on the quotation. Do not assume GEN24 because the brand was spoken. These are not the default Multan house quote.

Primo and Symo are on-grid. They go dark in shed. That darkness is anti-islanding, the same class of protection described on dies in shed, not a fault to be defeated. We refuse a bridge that back-feeds the street. A jumper from the grid side to the load side can leave voltage on a feeder the utility has opened. No sentence on this page is a drawing of that jumper. If the owner wants fans through shed as a default, the default is a house hybrid, not a Primo with a story added later.

They appear in our paperwork when an owner already has one, or when the owner asks for this aisle on purpose. They do not appear because a 6 kW IP65 hybrid was out of stock. Substituting Fronius for a house hybrid, or a house hybrid for Fronius, without saying the topology changed, is a different sale from the one the owner requested. Write the model family in words a non-engineer can read.

GEN24 backup is allowed only when the quote names GEN24

GEN24 is not assumed. Backup behaviour is whatever that model's own datasheet says, and this page will not invent a mode, a battery port, or a runtime the sheet does not state. If the quotation does not show the letters GEN24 on the inverter line, do not talk about backup. If it does show GEN24, still do not add a Pakistani wall, a high-voltage stack, or a tubular bank the sheet does not name. The brand page is the source. We do not host the manual, and we do not host firmware.

Solar.web is the app family. The owner gets the login at handover. That handover is an account handoff, not a promise that this desk publishes the manual or a grey firmware file. A buyer who wanted a budget hybrid and was handed a Primo received darkness in shed and a different service story. Say the spelling. Point at both pages. Do not say it is basically a Nitrox, and do not say Fronus is the short name. Neither sentence is true.

Warranty, spares, and who answers a fault stay with the badge that was sold. This desk does not borrow Nitrox program numbers to drive a Fronius screen, and it does not borrow a Fronius manual to drive Fronus. Unpublished alarm identities stay off the site. If a code is not on the carton we are holding, it is not texted from memory. The same rule used on other on-grid brands applies here without copying their alarm lists across.

A Pakistani feeder still follows Pakistani net-billing

A Fronius on a roof in the United States or the United Kingdom is a local installer's interconnection problem, not a Zarkaar licence. This page is not that approval. The default Multan house is a different aisle from Primo

The ordinary house conversation is a 6 kW IP65 hybrid and a 51.2 V lithium wall, specified when the owner wants power through shed. Primo and Symo are specified when the owner has accepted darkness or already owns the string. GEN24 is specified only by name. The class pages on-grid and hybrid keep those jobs apart so this model page does not become a second buyer's guide.

The quote names GEN24 or it does not talk about backup

Sales language likes the word backup. On this aisle the word is allowed only beside GEN24, and only as far as that datasheet goes. Primo does not inherit it. Symo does not inherit it. A verbal promise that "Fronius can do backup now" is how an owner discovers darkness on the first shed and then asks for a street-side jumper. We will not add the jumper to repair a sentence that should never have been said.

If an owner already owns Primo or Symo and now wants night fans, the honest path is a separate hybrid design, written as its own quotation, not a story that the string grew a battery port. Ten 645 W N-type modules on the house array do not change the inverter topology. The modules can feed an on-grid string or a hybrid. They do not convert one into the other. Say which machine is on the wall.

The decision on this Fronius page is Primo and Symo as on-grid strings that go dark, GEN24 backup only when the quotation names GEN24, and a hard split from Fronus. That decision would be false on the budget-hybrid page, where Fronus is one of four shorter-paper units and is not this European string family.
