The cheap SBP solar loan is gone. Banks now price off KIBOR.

Meezan, Alfalah, HBL, Faysal, JS, NBP, BOP all still write rooftop paper. Markup sits in the mid-to-high teens. We are not a bank — we give you a BOM the credit officer can read.

SBP subsidised refinance is not on new disbursements. If a branch still says “6% SBP scheme,” get it in writing. Some Islamic products exclude batteries — ask before you size LFP into the loan. Lists disagree; the sanction letter wins.

EMI sketch

Not a bank offer. A number to walk in with.

Reducing-balance EMI. Islamic profit schedules differ. Compare the sanction, not this box.

Documents

Same pile at every bank.

CNIC. Last 6 months bank statements. 3 salary slips or 2 years business proof + NTN. Last 12 electricity bills. Property papers. Installer quotation with SKUs (plates, inverter, LFP, iron). Some banks want an AEDB/PPIB vendor code — we will not invent one.

After net-billing, credit officers like hybrid + self-consumption more than “export 1:1.” Size the array to the bill, not to a 10 kW sticker.
